E.S. reccomendation :
It is required to establish a working military body and cooperation on the grounds of
Ukraine, with RUSSIAN MILITARY FORCES AND NATO FORCES.
Pact must be temporary and it’s mission objective :
1. Disarm protesters, and obtain stolen weapons back to Ukrainian military base.
2. Disband protesters occupation of ALL government buildings
3. Create an open invitation to election
4. Stop violence and protect Yanukovich and Yanukovich coalition members.
Russia must defend it’s citizens, but only way to not piss Ukrainian nation, is, to create
COMBINED unit of RUSSIAN AND NATO forces, to sustain 4 points.
This reccomendations are based on insufficient informations. It’s only political objective is,
to destroy any allegations between EU/NATO/USA/RUSSIA interests, with collided military
body, to disarm protesters, obtain stolen weapons, give medical support to citizens, create
elections and stop sanctions against coalition.

As of, 22.2.2014, 10:20 GMT+1.00, Ukrainian protestors have gained control over the
presidential building. This act is the final confirmation of successfully carried out coup
d'état.
Slovenia fully supports the implementation of Russian foreign policy, in the context of
diplomatic and economic interests between Slovenia and Russia.
Slovenia withdraws and does not interfere with Ukrainian civil-war.
It does not matter what decisions EU will made, the following EU decisions are based on EU
decisions and not on Slovenian decisions.
It is again stated, Slovenia maintain neutral position to Ukraine crisis and will not interfere,
support or reject EU political decisions.
However, Slovenia will give full support under medical assistance and diplomatic
assistance, to save civilian lives in Ukraine.
Slovenian military intervention under NATO, is under NATO command.
Slovenia will support commitment to NATO, on the ground of obligation and duty of
Slovenian contract with NATO.
Slovenia doesn’t want to send Slovenian soldiers on Ukrainian soil, because Slovenia, it is
again stated, withdraws and does not interfere with Ukrainian civil-war.
Request shall be applied to Russian government, to understand Slovenian situation, who is
obliged to defend and participate under interests of Nato, and doesn’t want to destroy
political and economic interests between Russia and Slovenia.
In the case of military attack of Slovenia, NATO will defend territorial area of Republic of
Slovenia. Slovenia will not even think to violate or oppose NATO decisions.
Slovenia is a proud member of EU and proud member of NATO membership.
E.S. asked China for umbrella support and defense of Slovenian territory, under UN act 984,
for additional nuclear protection.
Slovenia does not and will not interfere with pre state of war between Japan and China.
Slovenia can not afford to offend Japan or China, but Slovenia needs additional protection at
the front line Russia-Ukraine-Hungary-Slovenia.
Instead of startup of Slovenian nuclear program, Slovenia will invest money to Japan
elimination of the consequences of nuclear disaster in Japan.
Request shall be applied to China and Japan, that Slovenia will not interfere with ChinaJapan conflict, but it is in the diplomatic and economic interests of Slovenia, to maintain
partnership with China and Japan. Assistance to China and Japan is only under medical
assistance, by former agreement and pact with possible warring parties China and Japan.

All supervision of Slovenian export products will be under complete control of China and
Japan, by protocol demands of China and Japan.
Slovenia will not allow presumptions, assumptions, allegations or guesses of double
Slovenian game with relief of both warring parties.
Slovenian help, as in Ukraine example, it is again emphasized, only for medical/diplomatic
assistance.
Slovenia is too small to choose and support only one nation in the new global distribution of
power.
Slovenia stands on the ground of premise to all nations, to defend slovenian nation with
special emphasize to defend lives of foregn citizens, with absolute no differences.
Slovenian border will not change even for a millimeter, centimeter or God forbid, decimeter.
Slovenian border will not change even for an inch, feet, or God forbid, mile or Yard.
Every police or military shift in Slovenia, will be ONLY to prevent internal coup d'état.
Every police or military action in Slovenia, WILL BE ALWAYS explained to friendly
neighbors : Italy, Austria, Hungary, Croatia.
In the name of the protection of the neghbouring defense interests of Italy, Austria,
Hungary, Croatia, every move to protect and stabilize possible events of coud d’etat in
Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia will have privileges to be informed of
conditions in Slovenia.
Only objective is, if it happens, that Slovenian coalition is forfeited as it happened to
Ukrainian coalition, violence MUST BE LOCALIZED AND VIOLENCE MUST BE PRESERVED
WITHIN SLOVENIAN BORDER.
Italian, Austrian, Hungarian and Croation intervention is only to save Italian, Austrian,
Hungarian and Croatian citizens, with only common objective, that Italy, Austria, Hungary
and Croatia, helps Slovenia to protect all other foreign citizens on Slovenian soil.
The same help will be offered from Slovenia to Italy, Austria, Hungary or Croatia, if help is
required.
Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia, must create with Slovenia protocol and program of
RESCUE ZONE at the borders of countries.
We have to solve question about civil/military border interaction, before crisis happens in
Italy, Austria, Hungary, Croatia or Slovenia.

Slovanic nation as a whole ( EX-Yugoslavia members ) will not once again took blame of
casus belli and scenario of third world war.
Slovenian independency in years 1989-1992, pulled the biggest straw.
War has moved to other Ex-Yugoslavia nations.
Slovenia can not afford to retract civil-military help to former Yugoslavian nations, because
Slovenia still owes former Yugoslavian nations, complete moral obligation, to defend
Yugoslavian citizens, with no differences of citizens nationality, affiliation or religious
diversities.
Slovenia must defend and show with actions all former Yugoslavian members, that is in
Slovenia top priority to secure lives of Ex-Yugoslavian citizens on Slovenian soil!!!
Slovenia can not afford racism, or ANY KIND OF STRATIFICATION!
Diplomatic protection :
Diplomatic protection is backed-up with complete Slovenian civil and military security
forces, with no exceptions of using private sector of Slovenian security force, with an
emphasis of E.S. security and diplomatic protection, with national alliance members of E.S.
( Russian-Serbian-Croatian-Bosnian-Slovenian members )
Slovenia can not afford possible scenario of kidnapping or liquidation of diplomats.
Slovenia will not allow no one to wander, look or even think of touching foreign embassies
in Slovenia. All diplomats will get full protection from Slovenian police, in the case of
diplomats movements in Slovenia territory.
In the case of evacuation of foreign embassies in Slovenia, Slovene forces will not touch
foreign embassy territory. Slovene forces will only give total support and protection for
evacuation.
Slovenia will fully hold instructions and desires of foreign diplomats, at the case of
emergency.
Potential empty embassies, wil be 24 hours guarded from Slovene national force, with the
distance of 5m around embassy.
For insurance of lives of diplomats, E.S. advises to use military transport, military aviation,
through complete control and implementation of NATO commands, through established
RESCUE ZONES at borders with Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia.
E.S. doesn’t have any control of right extreme groups, who are members and sympathizers
of OPPOSITION parties. E.S. only have control of left-skinhead sympathizers and members,
known as E.S. E.uro S.kin. Euro Skin agenda is that only money matters and respect of
business contracts, with no difference who is dealing business with E.S.
Euro Skin is also name of Euro Skin institute of researching and preventing skin cancer.

We are very concerned what can happen in Slovenia.
This week, right-nationalist attacked Spain cheerleaders.
Crisis in Ukraine, with un-known developments of slovenian nationalist opposition, is
alarm-calling behaviour for E.S. ( left-nationalist ) that is too big risk for Slovenian nation, to
simply ignite protests for opposition agenda ( right-nationalist )
E.S. members are former intelligence members, who are in contact with other intelligence

FIRST ask for oppinion minister of defence, minister of internal affairs and president of
Republic of Slovenia, for allowance of statements in the name of Republic of Slovenia.
Foreign ministry is in hands of political interests of opposition, that is main secret behind it.
I beg you, that all foreign intelligence members, who are still in Ukraine, consider as E.S.
members, even if they don’t have E.S. tattoo. Treat them as POW.
In the event of coup in Slovenia, ALL government sanctions to destroy coup attempts will be
signed and executed through E.S. organization.
I as only representative of E.S. will sign and take full responsibility of coalition-defense
actions and my actions will be discussed at military tribunal in Haag, without exception of
hiding my true identity or stopping process of my deportation to Haag.

on-going clandestine operation.

RETURN OF COMMERCIAL REVENUE OF WAR TO UKRAINE : 76.000 €
There are a lot of ways of making money on the internet. For instance, PPC and PPV.
PPC stands for Pay Per Click and PPV stands for Pay Per View.
It is estimated that internet publicity of war in Ukraine generated around 1.6-2.1 million euros per day.
( averaged by last two months )
Acquired data of internet activity in Slovenia ( uploading files on servers, referrals, views, sharing
through social media, access of foreign internet visitors..) shows estimated gained profit to Slovenian
economy of around 76.000 € for those two months.
Slovenia will not profit from sadness, death and terror on behalf of publicity of war in Ukraine.
Ukraine sadness became arena of interest of other nations and their people, to watch and enjoy from
safety of their homes, for their enjoyment of “ just another” internet viral spectacle.
Slovenia as a country and Slovenia as representative of their citizens, was among them.
Slovenia will not tolerate this kind of behaviour of their own internet companies and their customersviewers. Slovenia will not participate in profits based on deaths of Ukrainian people.
All estimated gains because of pay per click, pay per view and other forms of web advertisements
connected to deaths in Ukraine, will Slovenia return through diplomatic path between Slovenia and
Ukraine embassy.
Other diplomatic representatives, who visited Slovenian president of national assembly, also talked
about outrage of economic profit on behalf of Ukraine victims.
On the behalf of other embassies, on the behalf of lobbying observatory group E.S., we totally
understand diplomatic-problem of public speaking of this kind of “spectacle“.
If Slovenian minister of foreign affairs, or other foreign ministers, opened this debate in their own behalf,
their diplomatic standing would be questioned.
This document opens a pathway of conversations between other nations, to do the same.
This proposal and other proposals are on behalf of E.S. and not on behalf of any country.

WHITE FLAG : CORPSES FROM OTHER MORGUES
Capital city of Ukraine have half a million more population than entire country of Republic of Slovenia. It
was estimated in 2010, that 18.609 people died in Slovenia.
That is approximately 50 people per day.
If we make a rough estimate, mortality in Kiev is in this range.
Before first patients from hospitals went missing, E.S. gathered informations of stealing corpses from
other places to be transferred to crisis ground.
E.S. have information of 7 such cases.
With stricter controls between hospitals and morgue, there is wider opportunity to derive white flag
protocol. Bodies which were meant to be cremated, were transferred in to crisis zone, to establish more
fear and anger for a cause to stir up revolution between Ukrainian demonstrators.
Corpses were unrecognizable. No one of familly members will miss them, because ashes from
crematorium was counterfeited.
WHITE FLAG : POLICE BRUTALITY
E.S. gathered informations of fake uniforms, which were used in riots by people who are not in police.
E.S. gathered informations of police brutality within police force.
A lot of members of the Ukrainian police were threatened by killing of their family members if they don’t
use excessive force against Ukrainian demonstrators.
Some of them showed respect and “joined” demonstrations (also a construct from opposition), others
were more violent to demonstrators.
You have to understand that public humiliation of victims by police, is also an evidence of doing your
work. This statement is not meant to be understood as to comprehend and acknowledge of excessive
force. This statement is to understand white flag operation, and use of force within police, to keep riots
intact. A lot of members of police and other units were working for opposition, or was terrorized by
opposition extremists.
WHITE FLAG : FINAL COUNTDOWN OF VICTIMS
E.S. lost 12 members in less than 16 hours in Ukraine due to whistleblower. E.S. recorded 182 deaths in a
spawn of 19 days.
Final countdown of Ukrainian victims are not available. There is report of murders which took and will be
taken in proceedings months in Ukraine. Ukrainian people are not safe. Ukraine did not have civil unrest.
Ukraine is at pre-war stage. We as Europe must make all necessary steps to stop spreading violence
across borders. Ukraine must have both. Russian business and EU membership. Those are opposition
and coalition goals, collided in coup.

ECONOMIC INTERESTS BETWEEN NATIONS OF FORMER YUGOSLAVIA,
HUNGARY, UKRAINE AND RUSSIA
Slovenia will first defend Slovenian interest. After that, Slovenia will defend interests of Europe Union.
Slovenia will not be a battleground for Novus ordo seclorum.
Connections with Russia, through Ukraine, through Hungary and to Slovenia, creates border of interest
between Europe Union and Asian countries.
Slovenia will not be a battleground and in the hands for interests of bigger countries.
Slovenia is at fragile state. If Slovenian nation would have riots as in Ukraine, Slovenia would collapse.
It was estimated that almost 12 million visitors visited and stayed in Slovenia last year.
Two months of riots on Slovenian soil, and loss of tourists for other months because of civil unrest,
would collapse small tourist businesses in the beginning.
Destroyed diplomatic relationship between other countries, would affect on all scales of Slovenian
business. Slovenian bank’s ability would plunder once again. Without capital, other business would fall
like dominoes.
It’s in the Slovenian top priority to expand business with nations from whole world and not be based
exclusively with EU.
Slovenia will not be a hostage to any interests of other countries.
Slovenia is a proud member of EU and will be proud member of EU!
Slovenia will do it’s best to stay in EU membership and fight for EU existence
Slovenia wants to be a land of opportunity and equality but can not do it’s work with on-going debt and
on-going economic threats from other countries.
Slovenia will co-operate and help twice as much as before, but on solid grounds of equality between
bigger, stronger and military better prepared countries.
This also includes business with Israel, Russia, African nations and Asian countries.
War in one country is war in all countries. Disaster in one country is disaster for all countries.
We as a world haven’t started to help Japan because of their catastrophic nuclear disaster, and we as a
world haven’t started to fix problems in Chernobyl’s leaked sarcophagus.
Slovenia will buy cheaper oil and gas from Russia, if Russia again approves it, but part of cheaper goods,
will be compromised and send to help Japan’s nuclear disaster. Slovenia will make business with
Ukrainian, Russian and other non EU banks.
Slovenia is free when choosing best provider, and that does not mean that Slovenia is abandoning EU!
Slovenia is a proud member of EU and will be a proud member of EU!
But economic problems of Slovenia, must be solved by Slovene nation. This is prescription for sanation of
all EU problems with countries which are headed on the road of financial help by EU.

CIVIL EMERGENCY PLANNING FOR SLOVENIA ON THE BASIS OF
UKRAINIAN SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
Main aggressor in Ukraine was and is extreme members of opposition which use demonstrations for
their own purpose, on the behalf and in the name of Ukrainian people.
They’re using Ukrainian agenda for their own causes.
On the failures to prevent white flag operations in Ukraine, Slovenia will took security reservations in the
case of demonstrations in Slovenia. Main goal is to allow all kinds of civil gatherings, without civil
casualties. Slovenia must secure safety of foreign visitors, safety of diplomatic contacts and safety of
protestors.
Slovenia will fully allow all kinds of protest on Slovenian ground, by the premise of work of
Mahatma Gandhi. (non-violent protest as a means of revolution )

MEDICAL CARE :
Slovenian hospitals must provide and establish essential information points, in the event of an
emergency . This is a call for interpreters and translators , for setting up information points in hospitals .
This will allow better conversation and dialogue between foreign nationals who will sought medical
assistance .
Communication must be established between foreign visitors and their embassies.
Taxi drivers, trains, busses and other means of transport, must be equipped with communication
devices, to help foreign visitors find their relatives, if pacients are transferred to other hospitals in
Slovenia.
Slovenian hotels and other forms of accomodation must offer their services below their price to foreign
nationals. The difference in price will be payed by ministry of defense.
All occupants in Slovenia will get a chance to get a free meal in military-civil tents across Slovenia.
Every foreign patient must get international information number of his location in Slovenia.
Medicines will be transported through safety zones bordered with Hungary, Croatia, Austria and Italy.
All public places must display posters which prohibit any kind of racism.
To establish the need for further communication between hospitals for patient transport . ( Condition of
occupancy and calculation in which hospital is the best choice to transport patient , for example . Patient
from Postojna will be sent to the hospital in Izola, because we have occupancy Šempeter and Sežana
hospital ) - This communication is a part of the logistics of transport of ministry of defense.
- overtime doctors are specially controlled. This is to take responsibility from doctors to a state of the
Republic of Slovenia against actions and the integrity of medical insurance.
- paid insurance funds are going to be frozen and taken over by the Republic of Slovenia , for providing
medical assistance . As we all know, insurance contracts do not apply at the time of the announcement
of an emergency. Slovenia will stop all possible forms of transferring money to private accounts from
public sector in an emergency situations.
- It is necessary to establish military personnel to protect patients. From the case of Ukraine shows that
there is a possibility of political manipulation of kidnapping and liquidation of patients. It's all part of
propaganda for the escalation of an emergency.

DEMONSTRATIONS :
All kinds of physical commercial material ( billboards, posters, leaflets, other forms )
will be teared down at the place of demonstrations.
Before it comes to demonstrations in the Republic of Slovenia , the public media was already informed to
launch propaganda to propagate the rights of citizens in Slovenia. ( January 2014 )
On the example of Ukraine, Slovenian government can learn many things.
Demonstrations on slovenian soil will be supported with :
Medical support
representatives of the Ombudsman
Team of lawyers to defend on the spot civil rights of demonstrators.
Ambulances are set behind borderof police barricades and placed in the way for media exposure .
When police representatives will have to use coercive means on demonstrators, withdrawal of
demonstrators must be executed directy to medical support and on watching of media coverage, where
lawyers take care for civil rights of demonstrators.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL happen in Slovenia that the demonstrators will be hauled into the

Uniforms of the police force must be additionally labeled. From the case of Ukraine is all evident that
certain representatives of the police , were in fact members of the opposition who have taken advantage
of the uniform and everything uniform represents, to carry out attacks on civilians .
Demonstrators are allowed to film protests.
Demonstrators are allowed to have mask to hide their identity.
If this is a will of demonstrator, then he will be taken directly to custody. He/she is going to get full legal
support from a team of lawyers.
SMS informations will be send with the following elements :
-cellphone is in the range of the transmitter
-notice to a cellphone user, that he is on the territory of demonstrations
-number for medical support
-number for legal support
-request from minister of internal affairs, minister of defense and president of Republic of Slovenia,
to take non-violent protest as a mean of revolution
Cellphone informations will make a picture of movement for means of establishing tactics of formation
of police. All gathered information is confidential and is in the review of human rights group
( ombudsman )

IDENTITY PROTECTION OF POLICE OFFICERS :
To resolve problems of having police officers on duty, and to minimize threats to the family members of
police officers and to destroy possibility of disguised men in the ranks of officers with fake uniforms,
Slovenia will implement gps-tracking bracelets on slovenian officers on duty.
With gathered information from movement of cellphone signals and with gathered information of gpsbracelets, minister of internal affairs and minister of defense, will have total observation of events in
demonstrations.
Other officers can get instant picture of the situation in the real time.
Counter-signals of movement is punished by other special law which is intended for demonstration
occassions.
Other felonies are also strictly punished.
Recorded moving signal; both of protesters and officers is the legal basis to destruct all kinds of white
flag indications from foreign national counter-intelligence observers, who works against Slovenian
national interests.

Slovenia is unfortunately, as other ex-Yugoslavia countries, ethnically and religiously teared apart.
It is in the constitution and in moral obligations for Slovenia, to start resolving problems within their
citizens, to actively connect citizens with understanding and moral obligations to Republic of Slovenia.
Media was already informed of propaganda in Slovenia.
They’re now making documentaries of racism, hostile behaviour, and influence of the masses to take
actions against human being.
Slovenia will launched propaganda from two perspectives. One from communism, and one from religion.
Main point is connected at the center of the idea, that ordinary people kill each-other, because of
interests of their political parties.
Slovenia will invest in cultural shows and embrace religious and partisan commemorations.
Main theme is again, awareness that one or another warring parties, only carried out commands.
We are going to lobby on pre-school instance, to implement understanding of teachings off all main
religions in Slovenia. Games for children are psychologically oriented in role-plays to teach children, that
they are the same children and friends, regardless of their religion-role.
All schools must conduct posters against racism.
Any kind of religious or ethnic insult between children will be sanctionied on the level of their parents.
Animosity is learned, not inherited.
E.S. will conduct teachings of propaganda, to be shared and acknowledged by slovenian readers.
With knowledge, we can protect any attempt of propaganda, by propaganda.

Spoštovana minister za zunanje zadeve, spoštovan predsednik Republike Slovenije!
V imenu E.S. vam bom povzel delovanje opazovalne skupine, za zaščito obrambnih interesov
Republike Slovenije.
Dne 19.2.2014, je E.S. zaprosil za interventno pomoč pri reševanju članov E.S. iz območja
Ukrajine.
Odzvala se je Nemčija, Poljska, Francija in Kanada.
Nemčija in Poljska sta izgubila dva državljana v Ukrajini, Kanada enega. Intervencija Francije se
razume v okviru delovanja tujske legije.
Političen pritisk iz strani Kanade, za pomoč E.S. članom, se je izvršil z zaprtjem kanadskega
predstavništva v Ukrajini.
E.S. je izpostavil članstvo tujih državaljanov, v dokumentaciji, ki ste jo prejeli.

V tem dopisu je bila moja osebna zadolžitev, prepis informacij E.S., formulacija zahtev E.S. in
razpošiljanje dokumentacije v imenu E.S.
Včeraj sem poslal na 427 naslovov, v imenu E.S., prošnjo za izvedbo vojaške reševalne misije
članov E.S., med drugim naslovljeno na 60 veleposlaništev in preko 30 različnih tujedržavnih
obveščevalnih agencij.
Dejstvo, da je omogočeno raportiranje delovanja E.S. iz Slovenije, predstavlja Sloveniji možnost
odpiranja zunanjega dialoga. Dne 19.2.2014 je ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve, sprožilo
diplomatski spor, z oddajo naslednjih zahtev in razmišljanj ministrstva za zunanje zadeve
Republike Slovenije, v času državnega udara v Ukrajini.

Ljubljana, 19. februar 2014 - Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve je v luči eskalacije nasilja v Ukrajini
danes na pogovor poklicalo ukrajinskega veleposlanika v Republiki Sloveniji Mykolo
Kyrichenka.
Ministrstvo je v pogovoru izrazilo globoko zaskrbljenost Slovenije nad razvojem dogodkov v
državi in ostro obsodilo nasilje med demonstranti in policijo, ki je po zadnjih podatkih zahtevalo
25 življenj in mnogo ranjenih. Izraženo je bilo pričakovanje, da se bo oblast vzdržala vsakršne
uporabe sile proti protestnikom, ki izvajajo z ustavo zagotovljeno pravico mirnega združevanja in
izražanja mnenja, da bo uvedla preiskavo in da bodo odgovorni za nasilje ustrezno kaznovani.
Predstavniki minisrstva so v pogovoru z ukrajinskim veleposlanikom poudarili nujno obnovo
konstruktivnega dialoga z opozicijo in civilno družbo s ciljem iskanja sprejemljive rešitve v dobro
vseh državljanov Ukrajine.
Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve je izpostavilo zunanje mnenje do ukrajinskega stopnjevanja
nasilja. Od ukrajinske vlade zahtevajo zadržanje uporabe sile proti protestnikom, saj po mnenju
zunanjega ministrstva, izvajajo z ustavo zagotovljeno pravico do mirnega združevanja in
izražanja mnenja.
Protestniki so že v nedeljo 16.2.2014, vdrli v policijsko poslopje in ukradli orožje, s pripadajočimi
naboji. V torek je prišlo do večjega števila smrtnih žrtev.
E.S. je pridobila podatke, o zlorabi orožja za izvršbo kaznivih dejanj ropov in umorov.
Ta dopis sem prisiljen napisati in ga nasloviti na tujedržavne organizacije.
V času izvedb dela E.S., se je istočasno odprla možnost, da se na podlagi dela E.S. in diplomatske
moči E.S., naslovi ideje in mnenja ministrstva za zunanje zadeve, preko dela opazovalne skupine
E.S.
Vaša izjava, po mnenju E.S. iz objektivnih razlogov, dokazov, ki počasi in vztrajno curljajo v
medije, ni v obrambnih interesov Republike Slovenije.
E.S. vas naproša, da ob naslednjih vaših ugotovitvah, mnenj in zahtev do drugih držav, ki se
križajo in izkoriščajo diplomatsko moč E.S., pridobite ustrezne informacije, s katerimi boste
lahko natančneje izrazili vaše mnenje in diplomatsko pomoč do ukrajinske države.
Vaše informacije temeljijo na branju internetnih člankov ali pa drugih oblik poročanja zunanjih
medijev.
V imenu E.S. vas naprošam, da zunanjo politiko uskladite z mnenjem poveljnikom vojaških sil,
spoštovanim predsednikom Republike Slovenije, Borutom Pahorjem.

V primeru izrednih razmer na območju Republike Slovenije, smo vsi državljani, vključno s
predstavniki ministrstva za zunanje zadeve, DOLŽNI salutirati samo enemu političnemu
predstavniku.
Spoštovanemu predsedniku Republike Slovenije, Borutu Pahorju.
Opredelitev delovanja opazovalne skupine E.S. v okvir delovanja terorističnih skupin.
Teroristične skupine izvajajo teror nad pravnim redom, z napadom na politične predstanike, z
napadom na državljane, z namenom pritiska političnega programa, ki ga imajo pripravljenega, z
namenom prevzema zakonodajnega, izvršilnega in sodnega telesa.
E.S. ni politična stranka. E.S. je združenje lobistov. Kot edini predstavnik za E.S., se tudi ne smem
udeleževati nobenih slavnostnih, pogrebnih, državnih ali kulturnih dogodkov.
Lahko se pripeti, da se moj stisk roke političnim udeležencem, izkoristi za namigovanje o
njihovem članstvu ali pripadnosti E.S., z namenom medijskega linča.
Iz tega razloga tudi nisem predstavnik nobene politične organizacije, lahko pa kot državljan
Republike Slovenije, z njimi sodelujem ali pa jim svetujem.
Močne politične stranke v Republiki Sloveniji, imajo po neimenovanem pravilu, različno paleto
strokovnjakov v njihovi politični sestavi. Tako, da glavne politične stranke, imajo možnost
seznanitve, preko njihovih političnih predstavnikov, o vojaški strukturi, vojaški taktiki, vojaški
ekonomiji, vojaški propagandi in o vojaškem delu.
Ne bom si dovolil, da se me iz političnih razlogov označi za terorista. E.S. si tudi ne bo dovolila
prevzeti odgovornosti za izvedbo državnih udarov, civilnih nestrpnosti ali vsakršnekoli oblike
napada na ustavno zagotovljene človekove pravice in na ustavni okvir delovanja posameznikov
ali pa družbenikov.
Dne 19.2.2014, se je politična stranka tudi odločila izvesti nujni sestanek, o preimenovanju
predstavnika komisije za oceno nevarnosti terorizma/terorističnih skupin.
To odločitev lahko zlahka primerjamo iz več zornih kotov. Najpomembnejši zorni kot je ta, da je
odstavljen predstavnik, gospa Eva Irgl, si dovolila politično umazati roke, v sestavi komisije za
človekove pravice in enake možnosti. Njena “ umazanost “ je posledica političnega programa,
kateremu mora slediti in ga upoštevati. Nadaljni razlog odstave pa je tudi v dejstvu, da nismo vsi
ljudje strokovnjaki na vseh področjih.
E.S. bo vedno branila in ščitila koalicijske partnerje. Pred tem pa bo izvrševala temeljno dolžnost
lobiranja, za zaščito obrambnih interesov Republike Slovenije.
Danes E.S. destabilizira poskuse prevzema oblasti opozicijskih strank, s poudarkom na
dežurnega krivca, politično stranko SDS. Že jutri pa bo, v primeru političnih sprememb, morala v

enaki meri in z enako vnemo, ščititi interese SDS.
Poudarek je na koalicijskih partnerjih in na političnih strankah, ki so v koalicijskem partnerstvu.
V tem okviru bi zaprosil politične stranke, za mojo pridružitev in pomoč, kot zunanji svetovalev
Preiskovalni komisiji za ugotovitev in oceno delovanja ekstremističnih skupin.
V sestavi lahko občutno pripomorem pri oceni gverilskih taktik napadov na objekte Republike
Slovenije. Izvedem izračun intervencijskega časa med policijskimi postajami v Republiki Sloveniji,
označim razdalje ( bazne točke ) med policijski postajami, ki so najdlje oddaljene do
intervencijskega mesta in iz te perspektive, najbolj izpostavljene za izvedbo diverzijskih,
gverilskih ali terorističnih ciljev.
V Republiki Sloveniji lahko imaš nizek profil, ne vzbujaš nobene pozornosti, v mesecu dni
postaviš eksplozivna telesa na strateško pomembne točke in jih aktiviraš preko različnih brezžičnih metod, v razponu 5-15min, z namenom teroriziranja, ustrahovanja in povzročanja vse
splošne panike med državljani Republike Slovenije.
Preiskovalno komisijo tudi naprošam, da se zgledujejo po angleškem in francoskem sistemu, kjer
se za take osebe, uporabi specialni zakon-strožje sankcije.
Tako kot vojska poseduje določeno opremo, to opremo posedujem tudi sam.
Govorim o načinu komunikacije z mojimi nadrejenimi.
Policija ne more izvajati prikritih preiskovalnih ukrepov, na satelitskem sistemu, na sateliskih
napravah ( satelitski mobilni telefoni ) ali pa na zakodiranih frekvencah le-teh naprav.
Nakup take opreme tudi ni iz ekonomskega vidika nedosegljiv cilj povprečnemu državljanu
Republike Slovenije. Odvisno katero satelitsko omrežje misli uporabnik uporabljati, se cena
novih naprav giblje med 600€-2000€.
V tem okviru naprošam kar v tem dopisu, da se ministrstvu za notranje zadeve, dovoli pregled in
nakup take opreme, v okviru oddaje naročil/ponudb preko internetnih spletnih trgovin in na
podlagi transakcij omenjenim družbam.
Predstavnike državnih teles naprošam, da si vzamejo čas za zaščito obrambnih interesov in naj
se med drugim rednim delom, poglobijo v razumevanje problematike naslednjih dveh sklopov.
* Uporaba 3D printerjev
* Uporaba operacijskega sistema Microsoft windows XP
Pri uporabi 3D printerjev se morate zavedati, da bodo cene s koncem februarja 2014, iz razlogov
umika patentnih pridržkov, postale še bolj cenovno dostopne končnim uporabnikom.
Uporabo 3D printerjev osebno nadmočno hvalim. 3D printerji v osnovnih/srednjih šolah, kot
učni pripomoček, omogočajo razvoj globinske perspektive, učenci/dijaki pa se že seznanijo z
osnovami elektrotehnike, delovanja ukazov CNC, programskega jezika. To znanje pa lahko s
pridoma uporabijo pri drugih strojih in v drugih sektorjih ( lesarska industrija, kovinarska
industrija..)

Ne pozabite, da pa se lahko 3D izdelke uporabi tudi proti državljanom Republike Slovenije.
Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve naprošam, da se domenijo med predstavniki Avstrije, Italije,
Madžarske in Hrvaške, o pretoku informacij, datotek, namenjene za uporabo na 3D tiskalnikih.
Sporne niso datoteke, ki omogočajo staršu, da svojemu otroku omogoči družinski izdelek,
katerega bo otrok ponosno pokazal njegovi/njeni mami.
Sporne so datoteke, ki omogočajo ustvaritev delov/sklopov orožja.
S koncem aprila 2014, se poslavlja tehnična podpora izdelku operacijskega sistema Microsoft
Windows XP. Izvorna koda bo tudi na voljo. Pregled kode pa omogoča izvedbo škodljivih
eksploatacijskih programov. Potrebno bo zamenjati popolno strukturo operacijskih sistemov, z
namenom zaščite varnosti informacij v javnem sektorju.
Zunanja politika :
Izhod Slovenije iz krize : Zaščita obrambnih interesov Republike Slovenije
Slovenija ima možnost pridobitve 80 milijard € posojila iz strani Rusije.
Naj izpostavim ene izmed ključnih točk posojila.
1. Orožje
Dobavitelj orožja in vojaške opreme za obrambne interese Republike Slovenije, postanejo ruski
izdelovalci v tistih točkah, kjer lahko Slovenija zagotovi Nato interese, preko ruskih dobaviteljev
in ne Nato dobaviteljev. Del nakupa vojaške opreme se razume kot odplačilo posojila.
To pomeni, da se v okviru proračuna ministrstva za obrambo, omogoči nemoteno delovanje IN
ob tem zagotovi odplačilo zunanjega dolga.
Republika Slovenija je dolžna izpolnjevati Nato zahteve in je prisiljena kupovati vojaško orožje
ameriških proizvajalcev. S tem pa se zunanji dolg ne zmanjšuje. Ob predpostavki dolžnosti
Republike Slovenije do obveznosti, ki jih mora izpolnjevati, z nakupom orožja, Republika
Slovenija opravi konkurenčen nakup IN zagotovi odplačilo zunanjega dolga preko minstrstva za
obrambo.
2. Energija
Madžarska bo s pomočjo Rusije postavila elektrarne. Slovenija lahko izpolni pogoj odplačevanja
posojila Rusiji, z odkupom električne energije iz strani Madžarskega dobavitelja.
S tem se zagotovi dodatno partnerstvo med Rusijo, Madžarsko in Slovenijo.
Ključni element odplačila dolga je v predpostavki konkurenčne cene odkupa, ki se vedno izraža v
variabilnih elementih drugih ponudnikov električne energije v EU.
S tem se zagotovi infrastrukturi Republike Slovenije cenejšega dobavitelja, dvigne kupno moč
gospodarstva in izpolni pogoje odplačila posojil.

TE6
Kar se je začelo, je potrebno dokončati. V tem okviru se zaproša tuje države, z izpostavitvijo
Madžarske, Hrvaške, Srbije, Bosne in Hercegovine, o financiranju TE6 in o odkupu električne
energije TE6, tujim državnim vlagateljem.
Zasleduje se cilj popolnega poloma miljardne investicije Slovenije, zagotovi odkup električne
energije tuje državnim vlagateljem, in ceno odkupa uravna z zasledovanjem cilja konkurenčnosti
za razbremenitev električne zadolženosti med omenjenimi državami.
Dober dogovor predstavlja tudi notranji pobot med državami, za odplačilo posojil, katere so
dolžne ena država, drugi državi
Odkup ruskega zemeljskega plina, z izpostavitvijo konkurenčnosti glede na druge dobavitelje (
EU ) pa predstavlja zopet izboljšavo gospodarske rasti Republike Slovenije.
Slovenski odjemalci pridobijo cenejši plin, ojača se kupna moč gospodinjstev, odkup plina pa se
zopet všteje v odplačilo dolga do Rusije
Odkup naftnih derivatov predstavlja direktno odplačilo posojila, glede na potrošnjo v Republiki
Sloveniji, z izpostavitvijo ključnih elementov, da ima Republika Slovenija možnost izbire
najcenejšega dobavitelja, z upoštevanjem trošarin in z upoštevanjem odplačila ruskega dolga.
Republika Slovenija ima tako možnost izbire odplačila dolga iz različnih sektorjev in se prilagaja
potrebam različnih sektorjev. ( Varčevalni ukrepi enega sektorja, se razbremenijo z dvigom
odplačil ruskega posojila v drugih sektorjih, kjer je taka odločitev smiselna za razvoj in obstoj
delovanja vseh sektorjev )
3. zagotovitev novih delovnih mest v gradbenem sektorju
Ruska finančna inekcija predstavlja likvidnost Republike Slovenije, za izvedbo nujno potrebnih
sanacijskih del na celotni infrastrukturi Republike Slovenije.
z 10% vložkom odobrenega posojila ( 8 milijard € ) Slovenija lahko zažene gradbeni sektor,
omogoči delo slovenskim podjetjem ter s tem vlada zaposli odpuščene delavce.
Državna podjetja postanejo likvidna, izvedejo lahko dodatna dela v korist drugih držav, dodana
vrednost investicij v rusko gospodarstvo pa predstavlja plačilo posojila.
4. Ruske banke
Omogoča se državljanom Republike Slovenije, dostop do depozitov, varčevanja, preko ruskih
bank. Ruske banke omogočajo višje obrestne mere, kot pa banke, ki imajo sedež v Republiki
Sloveniji. Ne pozabimo, da so obrestne mere v Republiki Sloveniji, načrtno in umetno znižane.
Ponudbe istih bank, v drugih državah, predstavljajo obrestno razliko tudi do 4% letne obrestne
mere, v določenih primerih je ta razlika več kot celotna letna obrestna mera, ki jo pridobi
državljan Republike Slovenije. Višja obrestna mera pa zagotavlja večjo kupno moč celotnega
gospodarstva Republike Slovenije.

Del bančnih poslov pa se prenese v odplačilo ruskega dolga.
Ne pozabimo, da EU želi in bo izvedla evropski davek na transakcije.
Republika Slovenija lahko to odločitev, ki se ji je nemogoče izogniti, izboljša v lastno korist.
Kvoto transakcij na območju Republike Slovenije, nameni Rusiji, za odplačilo dolga.
EU nam ponuja pomoč po obrestnih merah iz strani EU. Nikoli ulovljen cilj.
5. turizem
Z nadaljno povezavo z Rusijo, Republika Slovenija lahko v sodelovanju na celotnem območju
Republike Slovenije, omogoči hotelirjem in drugim predstavnikom turističnega sektorja, dodaten
val turističnih obiskovalcev iz območja Rusije.
Večji promet pa se izraža v odplačilu ruskega dolga.
6. Davek iz 22% na 20%
22% obdavčitev ostane, s to razliko, da se 2% obdavčitev direktno nameni odplačilu ruskega
dolga.
E.S. ima pripravljene še druge točke, ki zasledujejo skupen cilj.
1. Odplačilo zunanjega dolga
2. Izboljšanje ekonomskega/gospodarskega sektorja
3. Nova delovna mesta
Vse točke, ki sem vam jih tukaj dal v vpogled, morajo biti utemeljene in podpisane s
sporazumom, da je obrestna mera zadolževanja ugodnejša od drugih ponudnikov, vsi posli z
Rusijo, ki se direktno prenesejo v odplačilo dolga, pa so na bazi individualnega dogovora in
možnostjo zamenjave ponudnika.
S tem se izboljša diplomatsko pozicijo Slovenije in Slovenija ne postane suženj dogovorov.
Npr.: nenaden dvig zemeljskega plina ruskega dobavitelja, omogoča Sloveniji, da izbere drugega
dobavitelja v tem času, in s tem odplačuje dolg do Rusije, pod ugodnejšimi ekonomskimi
razmerami.
Ne pozabite, da sem v imenu E.S. moral odposlati dokumentacijo za izvedbo reševalne misije
članov E.S. v Ukrajini, katero v vednost so prejeli, kabinet predsednika republike, vlade,
ministrstva za notranje zadeve, ministrstva za obrambo, ministrstva za zunanje zadeve in
slovenska-varnostna obveščevalna služba ( SOVA ).
Dokumentacija je bila naslovljena na predsednika Združenih držav Amerike in na predsednika
Rusije, ob vednosti hrvaške obveščevalne, bosanske in srbske obveščevalne službe.
V manj kot 24 urah, da se natančneje izrazim naslednji dan, se je iz varnostnih razlogov

pregleda slovenskih ambasadnih prostorov v Rusiji, izvedel pregled v obliki evakuacije slovenskih
diplomatskih prostorov, iz razloga napake na električni napeljavi, požara.
Naprošam ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve, da naslednjič uskladi zunanje mnenje, ki predstavlja
celotno ozemlje Republike Slovenije, na podlagi preverljivih, notranjih podatkov o situacijah v
drugih državah.
Izognite se diplomatskih sporom in vašim zahtevam, z branjem novinarskih člankov.
Naslednjič vas vljudno naprošam, da se posvetite s predsednikom Republike Slovenije in z
ministrom za obrambo, preden pošljete ukaze in zahteve do druge države, v kateri se bije
državni udar.
To dokumentacijo sem bil prisiljen napisati, da opozorim predstavnike Kanade, Nemčije, Poljske
in Francije, da je mnenje zunanjega ministrstva v totalnem nasprotju z mnenjem opazovalne
skupine E.S., tako kot je bilo objavljeno v dokumentaciji, dipl_help_Ukraine.pdf
Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve naprošam, da zaprosi rusko vlado o sestanku o možnosti posojila,
in da naj sestanek povabi ministra za obrambo, ministra za finance, notranjega ministra,
predsednico vlade, predsednika Republike Slovenije in lobista Borisa Matića.
Na sestanku ne bom prisoten, saj sem napoten v Ukrajino.
Zagotavljam vam, da je vaša prošnja za sestanek že v naprej zagotovljena.
Ključno vprašanje je samo eno. Ali se mi bo omogočilo s podporo Republike Slovenije, pod nujno
obiskati Ukrajino, z namenom iskanja članov E.S.

Ne pozabite, da nam EU trga odnose s Hrvaško. Stroga odločitev EU-ja do odločitve Švice,
predstavlja zaustavitev možnosti zaslužka hrvaškim državljanom. Odločitev EU-ja pa s tem
posredno oškoduje interese Republike Slovenije do Švice in Hrvaške, pri pretoku delovne sile,
preko teritorialnega območja Republike Slovenije.
