Letter has been sent to apply for funds for the senior prom
Ran a successful program last year for the senior prom and would like to run another one this
year
Talking to the Township prosecutor and would like to bring to the attention of the
Superintendent how students dress inappropriately in public and how the youngsters have no
respect for authority.
We need to make sure policies are upheld and accountable for their behaviors
Communication – thought by the comments from last week that the transportation for the
CDC would continue this year. She does not feel she misunderstood the comments from the
work session
Asked since the grievance was not put on the agenda will she receive a written response
o Mr. Doyle said yes
Wanted to read a letter from Mr. Polillo regarding the treatment of his wife after 26 years in
the district but decided not to. This is embarrassing to the Pemberton Township. We need to
get back to working together and having better respect for each other.
Solicitors do not always give the correct information
Please consider and start thinking about putting the staff on the list to care about. They do
not feel they are.

On motion by Mr. Haines, seconded by Mr. Pinto, the meeting was closed to public.
Board Comments
Mr. Wells
Gave out Township School Diplomas to the Board Members
Mr. Ulrich
He mentioned earlier that we do need the policies developed for staff changing from 10 to 12
month and from 12 to 10 month positions
We also need the policy committee to look at the policy regarding how we do our
evaluations. Even though we are part of the pilot program and it is only rudimentary we
should have it on paper
Thank you to the faculty and staff for the work in receiving accreditation.
Mrs. Prickett
Congratulations to Ruth Adrian on retirement. You should be proud of your
accomplishments. Enjoy your retirement

I though last year’s calendar was great but this one is even better.

Mr. Doyle
He was asked to give a comment to the newspapers about accreditation and gave full credit
to the faculty and staff. They give every opportunity to the students and they deserve the
credit.
