We in Adacta Group are in the business of developing and implementing business information solutions, business consulting and
business change implementation. Our efforts are geared towards achieving content-related improvements and the maximum
achievable business progression of our clients. We cooperate with successful service, retail and manufacturing companies, public
enterprises, insurers and other financial institutions. Our success is based upon knowledge of the business, the use of advanced
information technologies, and our eagerness and persistence, which guarantee results and the satisfaction of our clients as well
as our employees.

Adacta was established in Ljubljana in 1989, when we were still university students. Excellent knowledge of technologies and
development intelligence provided us with the opportunity to prove our worth by developing the first electronic phonebook for the
Slovenian telecom company (Telekom Slovenije) and a business banking system for Banka Koper. We soon learned the importance
of understanding the essence of customers' businesses and that even the best software solution is just a necessary tool that does
not by itself guarantee results. In 1998, we shifted our focus towards business information solutions and consulting and began
introducing Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Soon, we became market leaders in that field and have been consolidating this role as
time has gone by. Companies were opened in Zagreb, Croatia and Belgrade, Serbia in 2000 and 2003, respectively. In the past few
years, much of our development efforts were invested into the amplification of our own solutions for the insurance industry, which
are currently among the best on the market.

Today, Adacta Group consists of a Ljubljana-based company with a Maribor branch office, along with companies in Zagreb
(Croatia), Belgrade (Serbia) and Trieste (Italy). The Group employs over 230 experts who have participated in over 350 projects
aimed at updating IT systems. The Group has an annual turnover of €13 million. In addition to supporting our customers in the
region, we also do an increasing amount of business with large international firms from both inside and outside the EU, Russia,
Asia and North Africa. In the future, our ambition is to become the number one provider of business improvement and change
implementation services in the region, which, coupled with business IT solutions, will bring concrete and applicable results to
our customers.

the leading insurance group in the region. Adacta Group worked together with experts from Zavarovalnica Triglav to develop and introduce a new business and information system that supports all of the
business processes of the insurance company in the area of property
insurance. The solution has been introduced at the Ljubljana-based
Zavarovalnica Triglav and at the Zagreb-based Triglav Osiguranje.
Within the accounting centralisation project at Zavarovalnica Triglav
in Ljubljana, Adacta introduced Microsoft Dynamics accounting solution, taking on the leading content-related role in the project.
The SavaRE Group is a regional insurance group that annually generates €250 million in insurance premiums. The group and its associated companies offer reinsurance and all types of life and non-life
insurance. Adacta Group is a strategic partner of the SavaRE Group
in business and information solutions for the entire region in the field
of non-life and life insurance. Having a uniform solution allows the

Telemach is a cable provider providing television, Internet and digital telephony services. The
company has introduced a business intelligence
solution in order to improve its quality of reporting. QlikView is also used for financial controlling. Employees who prepare reports now have
39% more working time available, which they can
spend doing other tasks.
Najdi specialises in the development of search
technologies, management of an extensive networkof online media and publishing the phone
book. The reason for implementing the QlikView
solution was simply to enable uniform consolidated data analysis on the level of the entire organisation, which was created with the merger of
Teledat and Najdi.si. With uniform sales analyses,
the company can now monitor the trends, different performance indicators, serviceperformance
and other analyses important for their business.
At Adacta Group, we treat the establishment of business intelligence (BI) systems as a content-related business project, completed by the technical implementation stage. In addition to ten
years of experience in introducing ERP solutions, we incorporate relevant knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling, sales
marketing and the supply chain into each of our projects. We
embark on our projects with focus and determination to achieve our set objectives, whose clear definition and measurability
are vital for successful implementation of solutions. In the past,
projects involving the introduction of BI solutions were tackled
purely from a technological standpoint and operations were orientated towards building data warehouses. When introducing a
BI solution, Adacta strives primarily to ensure positive content
changes that contribute to an actual improvement of business
operations. The tools that we use most frequently include QlikView, Microsoft Business Intelligence and Business Objects.
The Institute of Microbiology and Immunology was
facing the challenge of how to effectivelyanalyse
the results for expert analyses of antibiograms
and how to fully evaluate them using the financial data stored in the different ERP systems. The
project deliverables included comprehensive business overviews for the management and expert
inspections for doctors and medical analyses.

reporting systems through to the improvement of input information, technical implementation and customer-side change
implementation.
QlikView is a modern in-memory solution that creates a new
class of business intelligence tools. It is primarily distinguished
by its easy deployment and use and by the very short time in

Extensive experience in the field of insurance software development and the awareness of global trends in the insurance
industry have led Adacta Group to develop an innovative Pay-As-You-Drive insurance solution branded as OptiInsure.
OptiInsure is a complete, modular and fully integrated usage based insurance (UBI) solution enabling insurance companies, which pursue new market opportunities, to introduce new Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) and Casco car insurance
products, based on driven kilometrage. Such insurance products are most attractive for groups of costumers, who drive
less, such as senior drivers, drivers of family, city or sports cars.
Pay-As-You-Drive concept offers herewith an opportunity to increase the market
share and to profit from increased sales, lower claims and operational efficiency.
Integrated solution OptiInsure consist of a telemetric device (see picture) and web-based customer oriented business
application, supporting underwriting as well as kilometrage, policy and device monitoring and administration. OptiInsure
