OFFICE MANAGER Job Description Seeking an Office Manager to assist the School Administrator and Faculty in the day to day activities of the school including but not limited to phone communication, both internal and family email communication, payroll management, and enrollment paperwork and communication. Successful candidates will have high proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint technologies. In addition a strong background in Photoshop, file conversion, Mailchimp, and document preparation as well as with wireless technologies and management. Additional skills and duties are required.
