Day 1
Paradise Welcome
Management and staff of Iririki Island Resort will greet your
our guests at the airport with handmade floral
leis before assisting them onto private chartered coaches. Event/client signage at our Hospitality Desk
in the arrivals hall welcomes your delegates and facilitates easy identification for arriving guests.
Airport-Resort transfer
Enjoy the short ride to Iririki Island in air-conditioned
air
comfort on a private coach transfer, with a
bottle of chilled water and refreshing towelette.
Resort Check-In
The Iririki Island Ferry will transfer guests to the resort
resort for a welcome drink and
express check-in,
check in, before transfer to their accommodation. Luggage will be
handled separately and will arrive at guests’ rooms shortly thereafter.
Sunset Cruise Cocktail Party
Board your private sailboat and cruise the protected
protected waters of Port Vila Harbour.
As the sun sinks into the Pacific Ocean enjoy a selection of Chef’s gourmet
canapés and cocktail platters, including the popular “Watermark Platter” with
king prawns, oysters and white bait, accompanied by local beers, a selection of
wines and soft beverages. This two hour cruise is the ideal end to a perfect day in
paradise.
Day 2

Breakfast is served daily in Michener’s Restaurant from 7am to 10:30am.

Ekasup Cultural Village Tour
This tour is a must for every visitor to Vanuatu. Spend the morning at Ekasup
Cultural Village for a glimpse into the traditional way of Melanesian life. This is
an authentic village
ge where the chief and his warriors explain about custom
medicine, food preservation, many uses of the coconut tree and much more.
A light refreshment of local fruits is served while the Ekasup Cultural Group
entertains visitors. Don't forget your camera!
Leisure Activities
Iririki Island Resort offers a range of leisure facilities for the
enjoyment of our guests – tennis courts, games room, gymnasium,
multi-level
level cascading pool, white sand beach and non-motorised

watersports. Several tour operators are also based at Iririki – guests
can jetski, parasail or take a scenic seaplane flight right from the
beach, or enjoy a scenic helicopter flight from the top of the hill.

combining traditional healing techniques with Western therapies, using
organic products from the locally produced Volcanic Earth range. Relax

Frangipani has 4 treatment rooms, including two double rooms and a

Make the most of your visit to our tropical island paradise to enjoy and explore the wonders for
Havannah Harbour. Travel by bus up over Klem’s Hill with its breathtaking views of Mele Bay and Vila

Iririki Island Resort offers room nights at special rates for site inspections. 1 site inspection room night is
refundable against the master account for every 60 room nights that materialise within 12 months of the
site inspection.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment & Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost is due upon confirmation of the booking.
A further 40% of accommodation is due 4 months prior to arrival
Balance of accommodation and 50% of event costs is due 6 weeks prior to arrival
All remaining charges are due prior to the groups departure. In the case where no master account
signatories are accompanying the group all pre-booked events must be paid in full in the week of arrival
Reductions & Cancellations
Cancellations received up to 6 months prior to arrival are fully refundable.
Until 4 months prior to arrival a reduction of up to 50% of the blocking will be allowed without penalty.
Cancellations in excess of this allowance will be subject to penalty of one night’s room revenue.
From 4 months to 6 weeks prior to arrival a further 10% reduction will be allowed without penalty.
Cancellations in excess of this allowance will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the room revenue.
From 6 weeks prior to arrival the number of rooms shall be considered guaranteed and no further
reduction will be allowed without penalty of the entire room revenue.
From 2 weeks prior to arrival all events, activities and sundry services shall be considered guaranteed,
with full cancellation fees applicable
Event deposits are subject to cancellation fees as imposed by contracted operators.
