spent with students, and the average time spent per student. The report then gives
totals for the department and a pie chart representing the counselor data.
• Page 2: "Total Services Given". This report shows a listing of advisement services
for the Financial Aid department and how many were given for the specified
timeframe. The report then gives a total of services for this department and then
shows the bar chart for all of the services.
• Page 3: "Total Services Given by Counselor". This report shows all of the services
given by a counselor (John Smith) for the department (Counseling Center). The report
then gives a total for all services and a bar chart representing the data.
• Page 4: "Total Visits by Hour". This report shows how many student visits were
saved by hour. The report shows the total and average wait times and then the total
and average session times. The report then gives totals for the department and a line
chart representing the data.
• Page 5: "Total Visits by Day of Week". This report shows how many student visits
were saved by day of the week. The report shows the total and average wait times and
then the total and average session times. The report then gives totals for the
department and shows a line chart representing the data.
• Page 6: "Detailed Sessions Report by Counselor". This report shows every student
that a particular counselor (in this case “Jack Wollens”) spoke with. The report gives
the student's name and id number, the visit date, the exact date/time the student signed
in, was assigned to the counselor, and signed out by the counselor. The report also
gives the total wait time and total session time.
