Updating Your WebEx Conference Numbers 1. Go to momentive.webex.com and login with your username and password. 2. On the top menu bar, click on My WebEx 3. On the left hand side, click on My Profile 4. Scroll down to the Scheduling Templates section, click on your template then click Edit a. If you don’t see a template, follow the instructions at http://folders.inmomentive.com/gm/document1.9.41069/WebEx Installing and configuring Outlook Plugin.ppt to configure one. 5. Enter a password of your choice and confirm that password. This password will not be saved; it’s just required to proceed. 6. On the right hand side, click on Teleconference 7. Enter your Momentive Conferencing information, and then click Save as Template. 8. Click Save in the new window and then click Ok to replace your existing template.
