London Square Developments was launched by Adam Lawrence - the
former chairman of Barratt London & Thames Gateway.
01/14 - London Square purchased 100 New Kings Road, SW6 for a
£30m residential scheme. The 0.2-acre site has been bought from New
Kings Road (Jersey) No 1 Ltd with planning permission to provide a new
residential scheme with 25 private flats, as well as a separate retail unit.
03/14 - London Square purchased a 0.9-acre site on Waldegrave Road,
Teddington. The developer has consent for 18 three and four bedroom
houses and 8 one and two bedroom apartments.
05/14 - London Square purchased a 0.5-acre former office block at 111
Upper Richmond Road, SW15 from Carlton Plaza. This will be
redeveloped into 37 flats, designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

Cavanna Homes generated turnover of £32.2m in 2013, up by 7% on a
year earlier. This came in spite of the fact that house sales dropped by
10% over the same period. The company completed 167 property sales
across eight developments.
Cavanna Homes also revealed the average price of one of its properties
in 2013 was £195,000, with 35 per cent of all purchases involving the
government's Help to Buy scheme.
The company's portfolio of sites for the future include the seaside village
of Wembury, a waterside setting at Oreston, the South Hams village of
Dartington and the development of a new community, complete with
shops, facilities and business space at Paignton.
