Details: The Funder supplies the vehicles, the prices are based on 15,000 miles per annum, 3 year, non-maintained contracts with 4 months
initial payments (subject to status). A documentation fee of £100 + VAT and a delivery charge are payable with the initial payment. All
contracts include Road Fund Licence (Road Tax or VED) for the duration of the contract.

2) Contract Hire (Still flexible, but a bit more picky):
Details: The Funder supplies the vehicles, the prices are very good but they are a bit more picky who they accept. if you have a default for
£400 from 4 years ago this should be ideal, if you are in an IVA or had CCJ's in the last 12 months they will most probably decline. Where
suitable we will try a customer here first. All vehicles are new or pre-registered, they offer a fixed list of cars that is continually updated,
non-maintained contracts with 3 months initial payments (subject to status). A documentation fee of £200 + VAT is payable with the initial
payment. All contracts include Road Fund Licence (Road Tax or VED) for the duration of the contract. Free delivery to England and Wales,
there is a small delivery for Scotland. 6 & 8 month contracts also available with just 1 rental in advance (along with refundable security
deposit) please see sample list below.

commercials can be done at mileages right up to 50,000 pa. All are FULLY MAINTAINED. An administration fee of £200 + VAT is payable with
the initial payment. All contracts include Road Fund Licence (Road Tax or VED) for the duration of the contract. There is a unique flexible
termination policy and the agreement can be terminated without additional cost after 9 months. There is a delivery charge of between 75p

6) Ongoing Rolling Contract (Perfect if you only have defaults or arrears)
Details: A good choice of cars and vans all from the Ford range. Only available to Private Individuals who are not showing as Bankrupt, in
IVAs and have not had any CCJ's in the last 6 years. Also available to Limited Companies with up to date accounts lodged at Companies House
that show a positive Net Worth or for a new company with no accounts lodged as yet, again, no CCJ's. Initial 3 or 6 month minimum contract
that can then be renewed. No initial payment BUT a refundable security deposit will be required normally between £750 - £1000 but possibly
up to £2000 for very newly incorporated Limited Companies. Mileages available up to 4000 per month. Private Individuals must arrange
insurance via the funders nominated insurance brokers. The vehicles are changed for brand new ones every 2-5 months and before 9000
miles so the vehicles will never need to be serviced, conversely as they are swapped regularly this facility may not be suitable for everyone.
Free delivery to England and Wales, there is a small delivery to Scotland.

7) Hire Purchase: (Great if you want an older or very specific car)
Details: You find the vehicle - you can finance vehicles up to 6 years old and under 100,000 miles with less than 3 previous owners (4 if
over 4 years old). They must come from a reputable dealer. The funder can't finance left hand drive cars, grey imports or insurance write
off's. The deposit payable is variable and will be based on the difference between the vehicle sale price and its trade value, this can be as low
as £400. There is a separate administration fee of £200. There is a small rate premium for customers living in Scotland.
How to apply: Complete our online application form. Once accepted we will require copies of your full UK Driving Licence, valid UK Passport
or Birth Certificate and proof of income before we can send documents for signature.
Basic Terms: The minimum finance balance (after deposit) is £5,000 - Maximum £25,000 (£15,000 for Tier 3). Finance is available over 24 48 months (60 months for Tier 1). Minimum age 21 (25 for Tier 3). The vehicle will need to be insured, fully comprehensive, in the hirers
name. Your monthly payment must be no more than 25% of your net salary (income for self - employed) - all benefits (excluding permanent
disability allowance and pensions) and any rental income are excluded from this calculation. Minimum net income £1000.
Driving Licence Endorsements: Anyone with a UT50 offence at any time will be excluded from taking finance.
Hire Purchase ( HP) is available in three tiers:
Tier One - Near Prime - Where a customer may have missed or been late with payments, changed address a few times in recent years, may
carry above average levels of debt.
