1 How to Install the TDI Software Please note- you may install the TDI software on only 1 PC. Step 1: Close ALL running programs on your computer The below box will momentarily appear Step 2: Click Next D:\Word\Production\VERIFIER\How to Install the TDI Software.doc 3/23/07 2 Step 3: Click Next Step 4: Click Yes to accept to the license agreement 3/23/07 3 Step 5: Click Next Step 6: Click Next 3/23/07 4 Step 7: Uncheck Use machine name as client name and enter your verifier number under Client Name Click Next Step 8: No should be checked then click Next 3/23/07 5 Step 9: Click Next Step 10: The program will finish the installation 3/23/07 6 Step 11: Configuring the TDI Double click the Citrix Program Neighborhood icon Step 12: Double click the Add ICA Connection 3/23/07 7 Step 13: Select Wide Area Network from the drop down list then click Next Step 14: Enter Verafast in the top box, select TCP/IP + HTTP from the drop down list in the middle box and click on the Server Location button 3/23/07 8 Step 15: Uncheck the Use Default box Step 16: Click on Add 3/23/07 9 Step 17: Enter in 68.22.44.20 as the server location address and change the port number to 81 Click Ok Step 18: Click on the Firewalls button 3/23/07 10 Step 19: Check the box by Use alternate address for firewall connection. Click Ok Step 20: Click on Ok 3/23/07 11 Step 21: Check the Published Application button. Make sure your Internet connection is running and then select Transaction Manager from the drop down list. Click Next Step 22: Click on Next 3/23/07 12 Step 23: Click Next Step 24: Check Save Password then enter your User name made up of your first initial and last name. Enter your Password you were given and leave the Domain box blank Click Next 3/23/07 13 Step 25: Click Next Step 26: Click on Finish to complete the setup 3/23/07 14 *** Note *** You can create a shortcut on your desktop by right clicking on the Verafast icon and selecting Create Desktop Shortcut Step 27: Connecting to Ver-A-Fast. Ensure you are connected to the Internet and then double click Verafast 3/23/07 15 Step 28: Make sure your Verifier number is in the CSR ID field before you click Logon Please note: you will not have a campaign if you are not scheduled to go on the system. 3/23/07
