1st Concreting Phase
HSD-CRET kan spikas fast i gjutformen med
hjälp av en spikplatta. Hylsorna måste placeras i exakt horisontellt läge. Skyddsetiketten
får inte avlägsnas då den förhindrar inträngning av betong i hylsan under gjutningen. Det är helt nödvändigt att tilläggsarmeringen placeras enligt konstruktörens specifikation och armeringsplan.
Concreting phase 1:
The HSD-CRET Sleeves are nailed to the
formwork (fig. 1 and 2) using the nailing
plate ; the sleeves must be placed exactly
in horizontal position. The protective sticker
may not be removed, because it protects
the ingress of concrete into the sleeve during the concreting. It is absolutely important,
that the additional reinforcement is installed
according to the engineers specification and
the reinforcement drawings.

2nd Concreting Phase
Efter att gjutformen avlägsnats efter första gjutetappen placeras material i fogen (figur 3).
Fogbredden som anges på ritningen skall följas.
Placeringen av hylsorna är markerad i fogmaterialet och hål görs för att kunna föra in dornet i
hylsan. Finns krav på brandskydd enligt armeringsritningen, kan en brandskyddsmanschett
monteras; monteringen sker enligt anvisningen
i figur 5b → se nästa sida.
After removing the formwork of the first
concreting section the joint filler is placed
into the joint (fig. 3). The joint width specified in the drawing must be observed exactly. The positions of the HSD-CRET Sleeves
are marked on the joint filler, or appropriate
holes are applied in the joint filler to allow
the insertion of the HSD-CRET Shear Dowel
into the HSD-CRET Sleeves. In case of specific requirements for fire resistance acc. to
the reinforcement drawing, the HSD-F fire
protection pad must be installed; the insertion is carried out accordingly as shown in
fig. 5b, → see overleaf.

Spika fast HSD-hylsan på angiven posi tion i gjutformen. Viktigt: Hylsan måste
placeras exakt i glidriktningen.

Den skyddar hylsan mot inträngning av

NOTE: Do not remove the label. It is necessary to protect the sleeve against ingress of fresh concrete.
2.2 Reinforcement
Install the reinforcement specified additionally for the shear dowel (by contractor)
and the reinforcement of the structure.

Apply the joint filling material.

Mark the exact positions of the HSD
sleeves, if required.

För nu in passande tvärkraftsdorn HSD-D i
HSD-hylsan genom fogmaterialet. Tryck in
dornet så långt som möjligt tills det når
säkerhetspluggen.
Insert the appropriate shear dowel
HSD‑D through the joint filler into the
HSD sleeve until it comes to the stop (safety plug).

Vid krav om brandskydd måste en ursparning i fogmaterialet finnas för placering av
brandskyddsmanschett. Manschetten fästes
på tvärkraftsdornet, som visas i bilden. För
in tvärkraftdornet i glidhylsan enligt beskrivning i 5a.
6 Armering

Nail the HSD Sleeve to the formwork at
the specified position. Important: the
sleeve must aligned exaclty in the direction of sliding.
Installation av tilläggsarmering för tvärkraftsdorn, såväl som övrig armering.
Gjutning steg 2.
If fire protection acc. to DIN 4102 is
required, a recess must be provided in
the joint filler to accomodate the HSD-F
fire protection pad. The fire protection
pad is shifted on the shear dowel as
shown in the drawing. Insert the shear
dowel into the sleeve as described in 5a.
6.6 Reinforcement
Install the reinforcement specified additionally for the shear dowel (by contractor)
and the reinforcement of the structure.
