A= 1stLine, B= 2ndLine, C= 3rdLine, D= 4thLine, E=5thLine, F= Outer Line. The fairground is on one floor only of ca.4600m². ACCREDITATION Each exhibitor will receive free passes that give access to the fair at all time. For every 9m2 booked, you will receive three exhibitor passes. On arrival to the fairgrounds, please go to the organisers office, where you can collect passes. HOSTESSES Hostess 8 hours: 649€/ all 3 days. All hostesses speak english and French. They all come well dressed with uniform. Before starting to assemble your stand, you should have made full payment for the contracted space and all other services requested. Important note: The deadline to recieve rental forms for furniture and other survices is 13/03-2014. Applications recieved between 14/03-2014 and 20/03-2014 will carry a surcharge of 30%. All packages must be properly packaged and labeled TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION OF MERCHANDISE FROM SPANNABIS IN BARCELONA TO TECHNIGROW IN LYON! The Technigrow team has organized the possibility to send all material from the fair in Barcelona Spannabis to Technigrow in Lyon, France. So easy! you do not have to send back all material and then to Lyon in so short matter of time. Technigrow team will collect the material previously reserved and will be accommodated for 10 days. 26th march your pallet with the material will be in the enclousure waiting for you to come to assemble your stand. This service is charged at € 350 (without VAT) per pallet 900kg maximum. It is necessary to make a reservation in advance for this service. To proceed with a pallet booking contact: [email protected] DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS 28/2-2014 This service can be canceled by the organization if it does not reach to fill up a truck of pallets. Info: 0034-631331375, Mail: [email protected] STAND SETUP 1.- GROUND ONLY: Exhibitors who have contracted ground only (no modular construction) may start assembling your booth from the day 26/3/2014 from 08:00 H to 18:00 H. We recall that this type of contract includes 1,200 W + 1 plugbox. If something extra is needed as carpeting or expand electric power you have to communicate it before next 05/3-2014. IMPORTANT NOTE: DoubleMixte demands that any exhibitor who will bring their own stand must send to the organization a plan of the booth design before 20/2/2014 indicating the location of its socket and its electrical power requirement, if it exceed 1,200 W of power that comes with the hiring of your stand. STANDARD STAND: Exhibitors who have contracted Standard stand (with stand construction) may start assembling your stand on 27/3/2014 from 08:00 h to 18:00 h. Remind you that this type of contract includes Modular panels, panel with company name + carpet + 1,200 W + 1 Plugbox. It is forbidden to paint or paste any material on the walls of the booth, at the same time screw, nail or destroy walls or floor. The exhibitor and its occupants will be responsible for any damage caused to the rented construction panels or furniture. The exhibition of products should prevent as little as possible the view of the exhibition space and stands around. Electricity is included with all hires. The space used by the exhibitor shall not exceed the floor space that has been hired. Exhibitors who has not made the full payment at date 01/03/2014 of the stand and other services requested, will have a 30% increase in the total bill, with the due date on 14/3/2014. REMOVING OF STAND It´s prohibited start disassembling stands before the end of the event. Exhibitors may begin dismantling their stands on 30/3/2014 after the event is finished from 18:00 to 21:00 and next day 31/3/2014 from 08:00h to 16: 00h. In case you need to ship any transport company to collect goods is important to give advance warning to the fairgrounds before sending the shipping company. Electricity and water supply ends on 30/3/2014 immediately after closure of the fair. In the case that the exhibitor need these supplies for the dismantling of the stand, you have to notify in advance to the organizers. WIFI: The fairgrounds is equiped with Wifi connections. This service have a cost of 21,90€ ( without VAT) for each connection of 512ko for all three days. All connections are private and comes with a username and password. For this, the exhibitor should hire their own liability insurance, theft and fire. ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS Only identified entrances and exits can be used for entry and exit of goods. The instructions given by the Organizing Company shall be strictly followed. Name and signature of exhibitor Access to the interior is guaranteed only with the following conditions: After loading or downloading all vehicles must leave the area immediately. The parking is permitted only in designated areas. That will be available in the Assembly / Disassembly days. You are not allowed to park cars where in the opinion of the organizers could prevent the traffic. It's not allowed for vehicles to stay inside the building. Any material left in the building or in the temporary accommodations may be stored, moved or destroyed without informing the exhibitor. IT IS FORBIDDEN: -Exposure of plants or pictures of them that do not correspond with the law in France, likewise exhibitors are reported that the event organizers reserve the right to examine the stands to make sure it complies with the regulations. (non-compliance with the same may be lead to expulsion from the venue) -Materials which in the opinion of the organizers will decrease the view of other exhibitors and sharp materials, or that may be dangerous to the visiting public. -The connections for electricity, water and telephone should always be accessible. Under no circumstances shall be manipulated by the exhibitor, having to apply to the organization. -Animals in the stands. In the case of wanting to have animals, it must be reported to the organizers at least 3 weeks prior to the fair. -No independent music can be played inside the stands. In case you want to do some special or specific act, it must be reported to the organizers at least 3 weeks prior to the fair. Organizers will answer if it possible or not. Smoking in any indoor areas of the fairgrounds TECHNIGROW RECOMMEND From Technigrow we recommend to all Wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors not to carry out retail sale of any product that are exposed, in order not to damage the small merchant of the french market.
