SPLITs utedel AMS 10-12. Läs igenom hela denna instruktion
innan arbetet påbörjas.

Var aktsam vid montering och notera kabeldragningar samt
kontakters placering om något behöver lossas. Undvik att
flytta på rören i kyldelen, kittet går att montera utan att påverka rören. De delar som klistras på plats måste tryckas dit
ordentligt så att hela limytan får kontakt med plåten den
klistras på. Självhäftande klister härdar under en 24-timmarsperiod och uppnår inte full styrka innan dess.
1. Kompressormössan (425584) ersätter den befintliga och
monteras genom att läggas på plats och vika ner kardborrekanten. Undvik att påverka kabeldragning och kylrör. Det är trångt och detta moment får inte stressas
igenom. (Se fig 1.)
2. Dämpare av fibermaterial (425588) monteras innanför
kompressorns isolering under vätskeavskiljaren. Båda
bitarna monteras för maximal dämpning. (Se fig 1.)

3. Bitumenpapp (425587) med självhäftande tejp klistras
på kabinettets insida, på sidoplåten vid kompressordelen.
Säkerställ att hela limytan har kontakt med underlaget.
(Se fig 2.)
6. Polyeterskum (425657) monteras på Bitumenpapp
(425586) samt monteras på kabinettets insida, på
frontplåten vid kompressordelen. Säkerställ att hela
limytan har kontakt med underlaget. (Se fig 3a och 3b.)
4. 1 st Bitumenpapp (425656) med självhäftande tejp
klistras på kabinettets insida. Säkerställ att hela limytan
har kontakt med underlaget. 2 st Bitumenpapp (425656)
klistras bakom kompressorn på innerväggen in mot
luftbehandlingsdelen. (Se fig 2.)

This service kit is used to reduce the noise from NIBE SPLIT's
outdoor section AMS 10-12. Read all of these instructions
carefully before starting work.
NOTE
All electrical connections must be carried out by an
authorised electrician.

Electrical installation and wiring must be carried out
in accordance with the stipulations in force.
Be careful when installing and note the cable routing and
positioning of switches if anything needs to be removed. Try
to avoid moving the pipes in the cooling section, the kit can
be installed without affecting the pipes. Those parts that are
bonded into place must be pushed in hard so that the whole
adhesive area is in contact with the panel it is being bonded
to. Self adhesive patches cure over a 24 hour period and do
not reach full strength before this.
1. Compressor cap (425584) replaces the existing one and
is installed by putting in place and folding down the
Velcro edge. Avoid moving any cabling or cooling pipes.
It is a tight fit and this procedure must not be rushed.

2. Damper made of a fibre material (425588) is installed
inside the compressor's insulation under the fluid separator. Install both pieces for maximum damping. (See fig
1.)

3. Bitumen paper (425587) is bonded to the inside of the

reinstalled.

Bei der Elektroinstallation und beim Verlegen der Leitungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften zu berücksichtigen.
Gehen Sie bei der Montage sorgfältig vor und protokollieren
Sie die Kabelverlegung sowie die Kontaktanbringung für den
Fall, dass eine Komponente gelöst werden muss. Vermeiden
Sie ein Umsetzen der Rohre im Kühlteil. Der Satz lässt sich
ohne Umsetzen der Rohre montieren. Zu verklebende Komponenten müssen fest angepresst werden, damit die gesamte
Klebefläche in Kontakt mit dem Blech steht, auf das sie aufgebracht werden soll. Die selbstklebende Substanz härtet
über 24 h aus und erreicht danach ihre volle Stärke.
1. Die Verdichterkappe (425584) ersetzt die vorhandene
Abdeckung. Zur Montage wird sie auf dem Verdichter
platziert. Anschließend werden die Kartonseiten nach
unten gefaltet. Kabelverlegung und Kühlrohre sollten
nicht modifiziert werden. Es steht nicht viel Platz zur
Verfügung und der Vorgang sollte in Ruhe ausgeführt
werden. (Siehe Abbildung 1.)
2. Die Dämpfer aus Glasfasermaterial (425588) werden vor
der Verdichterisolierung unter dem Flüssigkeitsabscheider
angebracht. Für eine maximale Schalldämmung sind
beide Teile zu montieren. (Siehe Abbildung 1.)

6. Der Polyesterschaum (425657) wird an der Bitumenpap-
