MARKET INFORMATION
HS Kraft AB with its owner company have decided to sell its share of the substantially self
developed Maltesholm wind power project to Vattenfall who thereby takes over the
responsibility to further develop the fully permitted wind power farm for 18 wind power
generators. The wind power farm will be named “Höge Väg vindkraftspark”.
HS Kraft AB and Maltesholm Konsult och Förvaltnings AB established the company
Linderödsåsens Kraft AB in 2007. HS Kraft AB has developed the wind power farm located
between Tollarp and Huaröd in the municipality Kristianstad. Linderödsåsens Kraft AB
submitted the application to build already in March 2009.
HS Kraft AB with its owner company transaction of its part of Linderödsåsens Kraft AB to
Vattenfall indicating the continuing interest for investing in wind power despite today’s low
electricity prices.
- We are pleased that Vattenfall has acquired the right to construct the wind power farm and that
HS Kraft AB has developed and thereafter realized or sold close to 90 MW renewable energy in
price area 4 in the south part of Sweden, says Håkan Wallin, CEO at HS Kraft AB.
