EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
TABLE PRICING
DLF-NE Corporate members: $1000.00 per table
Non-members: $1300.00 per table.
If you are not currently a corporate member, you may purchase a 2012-2013 membership (cost:
$600.00) at http://dlf-ne.org/join.php before you reserve your table, and then pay for your table at the
member price.
Payment must be made in full by March 28, 2014. Reservations not paid for by this date are subject to
cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS: ALL TABLE SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
INCLUDED SERVICES
1. Each table will have access to one receptacle (5 amps, 600 watts maximum). Exhibitors are
expected to provide their own power strips.
2. Tables are 8 feet long x 30 inches wide.
3. Your floor space (including table) is approximately 6 feet by 8 feet.
4. Tables will have an orange tablecloth.

• LEAD RETRIEVAL
Badge scanners for lead retrieval may be rented from Conexsys at the early-bird price of $115.00 if
ordered before the cutoff date of September 4, 2014; orders placed after the cutoff date cost
$140.00. A limited number of scanners may be available the day of the show for $140.00, subject to

TABLE ASSIGNMENTS

TABLE STAFFING
There can be no more than two people working each table at one time. If you will have more
than two people staffing your table during the course of the day, please contact us at
[email protected] with the names of your table staff and their schedule.

Please ship packages to arrive no earlier than 9/16/2014.
LOADING DOCK DIRECTIONS
Take Huntington Avenue to Harcourt Street (on the side of the hotel). It is a guarded gated area
controlled by Simon Mall (not by the hotel). Drivers will need to show photo ID. The loading dock is on
the basement level and the exhibit room is on the 4th floor in a section of our Grand Ballroom.
Once inside, the first bays on the left are the hotel’s. Access is on a first come, first served
basis. Exhibitors can unload but then must move their vehicles out of the dock area quickly. There is
no parking at the loading dock. If you are going to park in the Copley Place Garage after unloading,
there is a height restriction of 6’9”.
QUESTIONS, PROBLEMS, ETC.
Before the show floor opens: please see any volunteer wearing an orange T-shirt.
During the show: See any DLF-NE board member with an orange ribbon, or go to registration desk.
LABOR
The hotel does not provide any labor to assist with setup. Exhibitors are responsible to bring in, set up,
take down, and remove their displays.

REGISTERING FOR THE SHOW AND SEMINARS
Registration for the show will be available through September 5 at

All Exhibitors must register in advance online to facilitate badge printing and an accurate
estimate for our food and drink orders.

Members: $20 in advance; $40 day of show, subject to availability
Non-members: $30 in advance; $40 day of show, subject to availability
PHOTOGRAPHY
NO PERSONAL CAMERAS, PLEASE. The DLF-NE has hired a professional photographer to photograph
the event.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
The DLF has reserved a block of rooms for exhibitors at the Marriott Copley Place at the group rate of
$299 per night, single, double, triple or quad.
• Cut-off date for group rate: Wednesday, August 13 at 6 PM.

many conferences in Boston at this time, so hotel rooms are expected to sell out quickly.
