Q1:I cannot open the software?
Ans:Device must be plugged into pc before the software can start.
Q2:Why is there no picture when software is started?
Ans:Please make sure the type of input, default is composite inpute, user can goto
preferences to adjust the input.
Q3:How to uninstall the software?
Ans:Sept1.Please make sure device is plugged into pc.
