Il Summit è l’occasione per aiutare i docenti a sviluppare e usare al meglio le Apps di Google in
classe. E’ indicato sia per l’insegnamento dei più piccoli (5-12 anni) che per le classi di istruzione
superiore. Gli insegnanti potranno iscriversi a vari workshop tenuti da esperti di formazione di
GOOGLE e decidere se partecipare al livello principiante, intermedio o avanzato.
Ci saranno numerose attività divertenti, tra cui il famoso concorso “demo Slam”, dove i
partecipanti devono condividere in due minuti una demo su quello che hanno appreso dal
Summit… sono previsti fantastici premi!

La giornata opzionale di Pre-Summit, offre l’opportunità di certificarsi come GOOGLE EDUCATOR e
ottenere un titolo riconosciuto a livello mondiale. L’esame per la certificazione comprende 5 test
on-line e una application completa, tra cui un caso di studio. La giornata è divertente e
coinvolgente e insegna come passare con successo i test per divenire parte della comunità di
formatori certificati GOOGLE in tutto il mondo.

The Summit is focused on helping you get the most out of Google Apps for Education in
both 'K-12' and 'Higher Education' environments. The summit is packed with sessions lead
by some of the worlds leading Google education experts including Google Certified
Teachers, Google Education trainers and Certified Google Apps Administrators.
You have multiple sessions to choose from to match your learning goals, including sessions
at ‘beginner’, ‘intermediate’ and ‘advanced’ levels. This high intensity two day event
focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google
Tools to promote student learning and collaboration.
Summits include keynote presentations and two full days of informative breakouts, cuttingedge
demonstrations, and hands-on workshops led by leading Google Education professionals.
We have lots of fun activities as well including the always popular ‘demo slam’
competition, where attendees share quick two minute demos of something they have learned
at the summit….with great prizes! In addition we will have a dedicated area open ‘non stop’
where you can drop in to try out Google glass, Chromebooks and Android devices with
‘Google play for Education’.
The optional one day ‘Google Educator’ Certification Course helps equip you to gain this
globally recognised qualification and to become a key member of the global Google
Education community.
Our one-day "pre summit" course helps prepare you to complete the certification process
which comprises 5 online tests and a completed application, including a case study. The day
is fun, engaging and educational and teaches you how to quickly pass the tests and join the
community of certified trainers worldwide.
