Bell & Associates Construction, L.P., an equal opportunity contractor, is submitting bids for the construction of the following
project(s) in the Tennessee Department of Transportation Highway Letting on October 17, 2014. We are seeking
Subcontractor and/or Supplier quotations for bid items of work and/or materials within your specialty for these projects.
We request that you submit a quotation covering items that any Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) may be interested in
performing to our office not later than 5:00 p.m., October 16, 2014, via facsimile to 615-373-9224, or by mail to P.O. Box 363,
Brentwood, TN 37027. Please send your scope letter, with or without pricing, ASAP. You may email your bids to
[email protected]
If we may be of assistance in familiarizing you with the project, we will be glad to do so. If a Performance Bond and Payment
Bond are necessary, we will endeavor to assist you. The plans and specifications for these project are available on the
Tennessee Department of Transportation website http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/construction/Bid_Lettings.htm by selecting the
current letting and project.

August 29, 2014 TDOT Highway Letting
Rogers Group Inc., an equal opportunity contractor, is submitting bids on various contracts
in the Tennessee Department of Transportation Highway Letting on August 29,
2014. We are currently soliciting quotes on any items that any certified Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE) may be interested in performing as a subcontractor. All quotes
should be received no later than 12:00 noon the day before the bid opening. Quotations
should cover the cost of furnishing the required performance bonds, payment bonds
and certificates of insurance.
Below is a list of the contracts in the current letting which contain a DBE participation
percentage. We will also submit bids and accept subquotes on various other jobs with no DBE
participation requirements.

Provision 1247 dated May 26, 1982 (latest revision November 27, 1989), only quotes received
