Holmes & Hills’ series of Planning Law Updates is the largest of its kind in the region, last year attracting 220 planning and property professionals from the public and private sectors. Recent years have seen a raft of changes to planning legislation and policies. The Planning & Development Team will be delivering a CPD certified update on important changes to planning legislation over the previous 12 months, as well as case law developments and the implications of these for property, development and planning professionals.
