The successful candidate a minimum of five (5) years of recent processing experience and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management/supervisory experience; or a combination of experience and education. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan guidelines, automated underwriting systems and computer systems used to submit and track loans electronically, as well as knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
