Briefing session on Friday the 17th October at 7 pm in PYC gym, compulsory for all to attend
I have furnished the correct information and consulted my doctor for participation in the
BIATHLON event organised by PYC – MG’s consist of Cycling, Running on Sunday the 19th
October 2014. I am participating on my own risk, will not held contest organisers MG’s
sports & fitness – PYC Gymkhana responsible for any health problem, mishap, injuries
occurs while participating in the event. I may be disqualified from the event if I do not
follow the event rules attached

Rules of the MG’s BIATHLON event on 19th October 2014
*All events will be held in Road bike and other bikes (MTB, Hybrid) categories,
participant in other categories will get 10 min bonus in their timings over Road bikers
 Organisers reserve the rights to decide the professionals and their entry in the event
 School children means standard 7th to 10th from any school, children must give their
entries on school letterhead mentioning their age and standard of studying
 Cycling helmets compulsory for all participants, All participants must sign the entry
form before participating
 Event carry attractive prizes and trophies
 All participants will get water, biscuits en route during the event
 Prizes will be given to all winners and runners up in each category and gender, if
more entries are received in a particular age category then organisers may decide of
giving more prizes for participation later
 Start and end point will be at PYC Gymkhana
 Prize distribution function will be held at the end of all category races, approx at 9.30
am
 In the professional category the race time will be 3 hrs 20 min max ( 2 hours for
cycling and 1 hr 20 min for running)
 The race will start at 6 am sharp, all to report at 5.45 am at the PYC ground gate, late
comers will not be entertained in the race
 Last date of Registration 15th October 2014 in PYC Gym, Forms can be downloaded
from www.mgsportsfit.in
 All participants must report for the briefing session on Friday the 17th Oct at 7 pm in
PYC Gym
 We expect all to participate in sportsman spirit and encourage more participation in
the event
 Organisers decision will be final in all event matters, no complaint will be entertained
regarding the same
