Established in 2001 by the City University of New York, Macaulay Honors College inspires and prepares high achieving students to solve the challenges facing New York City, our nation, and the global community. Macaulay scholars enroll as undergraduates in one of eight CUNY senior colleges and take additional courses designed to build critical thinking skills. Macaulay Enrollment First Year Macaulay Scholars Since welcoming its first class in 2001, Macaulay has attracted and enrolled increasingly talented students. The Class of 2018: 539 students enrolled.
