St. Raymond of the Mountains Parish Mission Statement
We, the parish of St. Raymond of the Mountains (Donegal, PA) are situated in a resort area and comprised
of many rural communities. We come together to share and strengthen our faith in God and each other by
celebrating the sacraments and striving to follow God’s teaching. We are called to be open to the Holy Spirit
and to build a stronger Faith Community by serving the needs of others, by educating, and by welcoming all.

St. Raymond Religious Ed Program
Parents are reminded that children must be registered
and attending classes to receive credit in preparation for
any Sacrament. If you have misplaced the
registration form, please contact Toni Terretti.
Census Update
We are still waiting for180 families to update their
Census forms. These forms are important because they
help identify who our parishioners are and provide important information. They also play a significant role in our
costs for the Diocesan newsletter, The Accent. If you have
misplaced your form, you may pick one up on the table in
the back of the church. If you feel you cannot remember
all the information on the form, complete only the sections that you do remember. This may seem tedious and
insignificant to do but it is vital to St. Raymond Parish.
Cantor/Choir Practice
The practice for Christmas music will be this
Thursday, October 16, 6:30 PM at St. Raymond
Church. If anyone is interested, please join us.
Bible Study at St. Raymond
Jesus is the incarnate Word of God; the Bible is the
written Word of God. For nine Thursday evenings
beginning on October 16 through December 18,
from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please join us in the
St. Raymond Parish Social Hall to learn from and
contribute to our discussions about Holy Scripture.
This year we will focus on St. Luke and the Acts of
the Apostles.

Annual Parish Thanksgiving Dinner

Hall. All Parishioners and Friends of St. Raymond are most
welcome. The parish will provide dinner; we ask that you
consider bringing a dessert to share.

cooking, setting up the hall, serving and of course cleanup
