TERMS OF USE. Crickmay & Associates (Pty) Ltd (collectively, "Crickmay")
grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access the
Rotran Logistics Information Platform (collectively, "LIP") website located at
https://www.coal.logisticsinformationplatform.com
(the "Site"), and to use the Services in connection with your participation with
Rotran. The Services are licensed to you by Crickmay for your personal use,
AND ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLYGRANTED ARE RESERVED BY
CRICKMAY OR ITS AFFILIATES. If you are and Eskom Employee, this
Agreement and your use of the Services hereunder is subject to in all respects
the Eskom Operating Regulations (the "Operating Regulations"). Non-Eskom
users are permitted access pursuant to the sponsorship of Rotran. By signing
here-under you are agreeing to accept these terms of use.
