In addition, waiver forms are required for all partygoers entering the gym and can be easily filled out online. Please return this form as soon as possible (a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event) to allow us the maximum time to preorder favors and book any characters/artists. We do our best to accommodate all requests, however, occasionally favors or characters/artists may be unavailable. In such instances a JAG Party Planning Specialist will contact you to find the best alternatives for your child’s party. Your credit card will be charged for all customizations on the day of your child’s party. Please be aware that we cannot offer full refunds for favors or characters/artists once they have been ordered or scheduled.
