Derfor fremlejer jeg min lejlighed fra mandag den 15. juli 2013 indtil soendag den 15. december 2013. Det er den mest foretrukne fremlejeperiode, men i nogle tilfaelde kan perioden diskuteres og aftales naermere. Lejemaalet er nyt, da det blev faerdigbygget i september 2012 og der er elevator paa opgangen samt moderne koekken- og badefaciliteter. Der er dobbeltvaerelse, eget toilet og koekken i lejligheden. Der findes ogsaa gratis og ubegraenset internet. Der er alt i alt to etager i bygningen. Lejligheden ligger meget taet paa Aalborg Universitet (ca. 5 minutter med cykel). Desuden ligger den ogsaa ca. 5 minutter til fods fra AAU busterminal og Foetex. Der er mulighed for at soege om boligstoette. Det er endvidere et krav, at fremlejetageren er under uddannelse og er studieaktiv. Lejligheden er ideel til en person til maksimum to personer (eksempelvis par). Therefore, I am sub-leasing my apartment from Monday the 15th of July 2013 until Sunday the 15th of December 2013. This is the most preferred sub-leasing period, but in some situations I am also willing to negotiate the period further. The apartment building is very new and was just completed in September 2012. It is equipped with elevators, modern kitchen equipment and toilet facilities as well as free and unlimited internet access. There is a double bedroom as well as own bathroom and kitchen in the apartment. Overall there are two floors in the apartment building. The building is very close to Aalborg University (about 5 minutes by bike from the flat) and it is also very near AAU bus terminal and the supermarket Foetex (just 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment). Whenever possible there is a possibility of applying for a housing subsidy in connection with renting the apartment. Since this is a student apartment it is a requirement that the tenant is a student. The apartment is ideal for one person to maximum two people (for example a couple).
