VASTI WELTHAGEN Actress – Drama Instructor – Adjudicator Vasti Welthagen received a Bachelors Degree in Drama in 2006 at the University of Pretoria. Besides managing her own drama school, she is also a drama teacher at an ISASA school in Sandton. Being an actress, Vasti has been in many theatre productions, musicals and countrywide roadshows. roadshows. She featured in local advertisements and television soapies, playing a role in the MNET production “EGOLI”, as a “useless temp,” temp,” as well as the kykNET production, “VILLA ROSA” where she played the role of “Thelmi.” For the past 4 years she adjudicates for the Central Gauteng Eisteddfod, as well as Orators at various schools in Gauteng. Vasti also adjudicates modelling competitions in the West Rand for the past 2 years. Besides her teaching and adjudicating skills, she likes to sing, play guitar, write plays, paint and make costumes.
