2. Hotel Accommodation and Reservation
Block reservations and preferential rates have been arranged by the host at Impiana KLCC Hotel (the
meeting venue).
Participants are requested to book their accommodation using the attached reservation form not later
than 10 November 2014 (see page 3). Any reservation made beyond the cut-off date will be subject to
availability.
3. Transportation from Airport to Hotel
Taxi
Delegates are advised to use the taxi service provided at the airport, which offers a fixed price from the
airport to the destination. The journey takes about 45 minutes.

KLIA Express
KLIA Express trains will take you from the airport into the KL Sentral Station in 28 minutes (one-way RM 35.00).
Trains depart every 15 minutes (peak hours) and every 20 minutes (off-peak hours) from 5 am to 1 am daily.

4. Visa and Immigration
As visa requirements change from time to time and vary for the citizens of different countries, delegates
are requested to check the visa requirement with the nearest Malaysian Embassy/High Commission. Visa

5. Practical Information
Malaysia is a federal constitutional monarchy in Asia. It consists of thirteen states and three federal
territories and has a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometers (127,350 sq. miles) separated by the
South China Sea into two similarly sized regions, Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Malaysian
Borneo).
Weather
During December the average temperature varies from 23 to 32 degree Celsius (average temperature of
27 degrees) with humidity levels between 80% - 90% and chances of rainfall of about 250mm.

The Foreign Exchange Rate is approximately RM 3.25 to USD 1.
