visitors and employees on job sites, manufacturing facilities, and crowded areas.

RZ Guardrail Base
Mount
Hot-dipped galvanized with protective vinyl pads. Each base is
galvanized to prevent rust bleeding onto roofing surface. The rounded
base corners prevent damage to roof when accidentally dropped. The
vinyl base pads protect roof deck and hand grips for easy carrying and
better grasp. Oversized forged wing nut locks rails into place, easily tightens
by hand or foot; no pins to lose or misplace. Base holds two rails and comes with
easy grip openings on each side for one or two persons to carry. Base may be
positioned at most angles, L-shaped and straight run configurations. Built-in 2 x 4 toe
board slots for straight runs, saves time and money. Optional 2 x 4 toe board brackets
available for angles or outriggers where required.

Guardrails come in 3 sizes, 10ft, 8ft
and 6ft lengths. Each RZ Guardrail is
galvanized inside and out, providing
lasting corrosion protection and
prevents rust from leaching out onto
the roof. Rail height is 42 inches. Each
RZ Guardrail comes with instruction
manual holder. Adaptable for hatch
and skylight protection.

Swing Gate
RZ Swing Gates - Galvanized with
Wheel and Gate Latch Assembly
RZ Swing Gate is uniquely designed with a built-in hinge
allowing easy gate placement into guardrail base like a
standard rail. Gates may be used with a roof hatch, skylight,
fire vent and floor door protection. Each RZ Guardrail swing
gate comes with latch, wheel and lock bracket kit.

RZ Guardrail Toe Bracket
When toe boards are required for angles or outriggers,
this 2 x 4 toe board bracket adapts to any angle. Toe Board
must be used when there are unprotected edges that do not have a barrier such as a
parapet wall. In addition, toe boards are required whenever open sides are exposed
above where people may pass, there is moving machinery, or there is equipment with
which falling materials could create a hazard.

Makes transporting RZ Guardrails and Bases to the job site safe
and easy. Holds 12 rails and 13 bases. Excellent for lifting by
crane and storage between jobs. Designed to fit onto the Roof
Zone trailer. May be purchased with rails/bases or empty. Fork
pockets on each side of carrier for fork lift.
