Follow the information on the warnings appearing on the upper bunk end structure.
Do not remove warning label from bed.
Always use the recommended size mattress or mattress support, or both, to help
prevent the likelihood of entrapment of falls.
Use only mattress which is 74”-75” long and 37-1/2”-38-1/2” wide on upper bunk. (twin size)
Ensure thickness of mattress and foundation combined does not exceed 8”.
Surface of mattress must be at least 5” inches below the upper edge of guardrails.
Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk.
Prohibit more than one person on upper bunk.
Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are
in their proper position. Free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed and prohibit jumping on the bed.
Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
Use of night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper bunk.
Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk.
The use of water or sleep floatation mattresses is prohibited.
If the bunk bed will be placed next to a wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed
should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and the wall.

PARTS
STEP 1
Assemble Headboard and Footboard to side rails using (8) 100mm Bolts and (8) Barrel Nuts as
shown. If you want the Steps on the left-side-facing, please reverse the postition of the Headboard
and footboard.

Assemble (Top & Bottom) Back Guardrails to frame using (8) 100mm Bolts and (8) Barrel Nuts as
shown. The extra holes on the Top Back Guardrail are for an optional Top Tent Accessory.
STEP 3
Assemble (Top & Bottom) Front Guardrails to Ladder Rail and Upright Guardrail with (8) 70mm
Bolts and (8) Barrel Nuts as shown. If you want the Steps on the left-side-facing, please reverse
the postition of the Upright Guardrail and Ladder Rail. The extra holes on the Top Front Guardrail
are for an optional Top Tent Accessory.

Assemble Front Guardrail Unit to Bed using (1) 60mm Bolt, (1) 45mm Bolt, and (2) Cap Nuts. The
45mm Bolt goes through the Upright Guardrail and the 60mm Bolt goes through the Ladder Rail.
STEP 5
Assemble (2) Ladder Steps Bed using (4) 70mm Bolt, (4) 100mm Bolt, and (8) Barrel Nuts. The
70mm Bolts goes through the Ladder Rail and the 100mm Bolts goes through the Footboard.

Fasten Slat Roll onto bed using the (32) 20mm Screws. The bed is now assembled. For assembly of
optional accessories, please follow the instructions included with those items.
