1. Regional Project Manager (will be place in Palembang)
Job Descriptions:
 Responsible
for
engineering
project
implementation
management (regional) & regional office operation
management.
 To make the monthly implementation target & follow up
performance tracing.
 Responsible for coordination & guidance between different
functions/modules in regional office.
 Responsible for project team resource coordination & allocation,
for sub-contractor delivery performance monitoring & guidance,
help sub-contractor to resolve related problems, for subcontractor PR/PO/ESAR management.
 Responsible for problem escalation & tracing management, to
ensure problem close timely.
 As the unified coordinator between project HQ & regional
office, establish good communication & reporting mechanism.








Job Requirements:
Above 5 years Telecommunication industry work experience as
Acceptance Manager or others project management position.
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical or IT
Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 3 years experience in Project management.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English is a
must. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added
advantage.
Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and

2. Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer (will be place
in Palembang)
Job Descriptions:
 Assist PM for overall responsibility for project activities
 Assist PM for plan and control survey, installation, testing,
commissioning, material and equipment logistics
 Assist PM for general control over engineering activities,
including exchange of plans, drawings and other information












with customers; approval of equipment layout and network
configuration data
Assist PM for supervision and control of sub-contractors to
strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract
Assist PM for participate in bidding activities and identify
implementation requirements from tender documents
Assist PM for plan resources and budget, provide solutions to
customer implementation requirements, and undertake
procurement management when necessary
Assist PM for responsible for all aspects of the project over the
entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be
familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the
role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate
the activities of the team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree from any major with min GPA 3.00 of
reputable university.
Have 2 years experience in Project Engineer.

Hands-on skill and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA.

7. Sitac (Permit) (will be place in Palembang)
Job Descriptions:









Responsible for All type of ROW/Permit management from Initial Survey
stage to final handover of project.
Responsible to manage subcons to obtain the permission for ROW/Permits
on time for all authorties like :- Department of Public Works Permit (Dinas
Pekerjaan Umum/PU), Village/Sub-district Permit (Kelurahan/Kecamatan),
Developer / Manager of Residential Areas Permit, Building Management
Permit, Neighborhood Management or Community Management Permit
(RT/RW or Paguyuban) & Community Permits. Etc
Prepare the ROW/Permit forecast based on project timline and arrange the
resources for ROW/Permit.
Timely report the risk/issue to management and support ROW/Permit
supplier to get permission on time.
Responsible to manage the documentation and process control for
ROW/Permits.
Support Project team on ROW/Permits issues till Handover of network.
 Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly meeting with customer and partners
and output the MOM.
Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly reporting to PMO team and customer
team.
Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all
implementation projects in cooperation with the project management
Searching, locate, discuss and negotiate to building / land premises owner to
acquire / rented a site.
Discuss and meeting project acquisition status with customer. Process and
manage all the procedures and issues in Huawei end to end service

Bachelor degree in Structure Civil Engineering, Structural
Engineer with good knowledge with design code for structures

Familiar with computer program: Autocad, SAP2000, ETABs,
StaadPro and others (MS Tower is an advantage).
Have knowledge in tower construction is an advantage.

8. Project Controller (will be place in Palembang)
Job Description:
 Responsible for program progress control and planning
 Report to Program Management Office by daily basis
 Customer reporting related
Requirements:
 Male/Female, max 32 years old, preferable single
 Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
 Have minimum 1 year experience in Planning or Project
Reporting
 Have basic material control knowledge
 Good command in English both oral and written is a must.
Good command in mandarin is preferred
 Literate in MS word, excel, and power point, and familiar in
data processing, and database

9. Asst Optical Engineer (will be place in Palembang)
Job Descriptions:
 Support Commisioning Test, Integration, Acceptance Test,
Troubleshooting during Optical Project Delivery
 Making SDH/DWDM Planning and Design
 Guiding and Coordination with Field Operation Team and
Subcontractor during support Optical Project Delivery.
 Support work at NOC for major activities e.g cut over,
upgrade and swap project
 Make sure the stability of Customer Network.
 To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve
the SLA.







Requirements:
At least Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in
Telecommunications, Electrical, or related area.
Proficient in English both oral and written.
At least have 2 years experiences in Optical Transmission
Network (commissioning and troubleshooting). Understand
SDH/DWDM Huawei/ALU/NSN are preferable.
Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.

10. Asst Acceptance Manager (will be place in Palembang)
Job Description
 Ensure documentation for Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta
Milestone meet on time respectively.
 Achieved high approval rate (Good Doc Quality) for
documentation submitted to customer.
 Monitoring and ensure the accuracy of the database on site.
 Enforce the SLA base on the documentation milestone.
 Analysis on the documentation approval timeline allowed.
 Push subcontractor for achievement target for
documentation.
 Maintain good relationship with Regional MS team &
Regional customer.
 Contact point for Huawei HQ and escalation.
Requirements:
Have more than 4 years telecommunication field working
experience, and more than 2 years acceptance management
experience.
 Good understanding 2/3G network.

























Responsible for Operational & Maintenance for Core sites
in the regions.
First Interface with regional customer related to Core Issue.
Responsible for preventive maintenance of the Core
Supporting Change & Fault management activity related to
Core scope
Supervise any 3rd party activities in core site
Produce weekly performance and operational reports
Take appropriate decisions regarding Core maintenance in
the regions
Requirements :
2-3 Years working as Wireless/TXN engineer
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications
Engineering
Good knowledge regarding Core maintenance routines and
procedures
Good knowledge regarding the Fault management and
Preventive maintenance processes.
