Serman & Tipsmark was founded in 1994 and is a
professional business partner within the fields of
engineering, production, test and service of hydraulic
applications to the industry, offshore, marine and
renewable energy markets.
Our expertise includes operation, mechanics and
hydraulics combined with a well-developed sense of
creativity. Our experience has showed us that this
combination always helps us find a solution that gives
our customers added value as well as a competitive

existing equipment. This results in a rapid renovation

Since our customers often request a complete

components partners
We ensure that all standards and requirements are
fulfilled, that the documentation package is sufficient,
and that classifications and approvals of the systems
are carried out.
Furthermore we provide counseling regarding spare
parts packages and carry out continuous service of
the systems.
