With reference to Accounting Manager, to take responsibility for accounts

receivables, reminder procedures, leasing accounting, invoicing and
general accounting. Reconciliation of AR accounts, monthly and quarterly closings.
Essential duties and responsibilities: including but not limited to the following. Other duties
may be assigned as required.
Tasks;











Register incoming/outgoing payments in ERP system, reconciliation of bank accounts
Maintenance of customer accounts in ERP system (creation of new accounts, internal
credit limit procedures, credit approvals)
Reminder procedures (statement of accounts, collections - communication by e-mail
and phone calls)
Maintain electronically billing procedures in ERP system (hardware, services and service
parts)
Leasing accounting (monthly billing of leases, creation of new leases in Turbolease,
monthly reconciliation to GL accounts)
Billing of software maintenance fees in Custom Call (reconciliation to GL accounts)
Daily exchange rates maintenance in ERP system
Assist Accounting Manager in Monthly/Quarterly closings
Support Sales Department and Customers requests to accounts reconciliation
Create and maintain work instructions for areas of responsibility
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications;







Organized and detail oriented
Minimum 3-5 years of experience from international accounts receivables department
Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background
Strong English skills – verbally and in writing
Good business judgement and service oriented
Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of ERP system Baan would be
an advantage
Ability to prioritize and adaptable to process, policy and other changes as part of a
dynamic environment
