The meat is controlled before its
arrival. If an animal doesn’t comply
with the AOC Maine-Anjou quality
requirements, it will not be proposed.
At Hippopotamus, we will propose you
only the beef that meet our standards.
This is an extensive grazing-based system where
the cattle is kept in fields part of the year and fed
mainly with grass and hay. Because we believe
cattle well-being is essential.
