Sealed Quotations are invited from the experienced agencies for AMC work
of rectangular sterilizer (Model: 36SR/E Make: Nat Steel) at NBRC, Manesar.
The quotations should reach this office on or before 21.10.2014 at 2.30 PM
duly sealed and marked.
Following details may be given at the time of submitting quotations:
1. Envelope , containing the quotation should carry subscription “Quotation
for Autoclave for rectangular sterilizer (model: 36SR/E make: nat steel)
2. Price quoted should be net F.O.R. at NBRC Manesar.
3. Eligibility Criteria:- The tendered shall have at least three years of jobs
experience of the annual maintenance repairs/replacement of the
equipment in at least 2-3 organization is being considered for which
He/She is submitting the tender, and shall produce documentary evidence
to this effect from any recognized Govt. organization/
Hospital/Deptt./Government – Semi – Govt. Organizations
4. The quotation should not be considered without TIN number, PAN
number, VAT number & service TAX number of the firm/supplier
Successful tenders may at the discretion of NBRC be called upon to furnish
cash security, to guarantee satisfactory performances of the contract within the
stipulated date.
The quotations may be opened on 21.10.2014 at 3PM in the presence of
attending tenders. NBRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations
without assigning any reason.

Name of work: Annual Maintenance Contract for rectangular sterilizer (Model: 36SR/E Make: Nat
Steel) installed at Animal House. The following is to be filled up without any cutting/overwriting/
inking/erasing etc.

Annual maintenance contract excluding spare parts for Rectangular sterilizer
size 900x900x1200mm (model: 36SR/E make: nat steel), installed in animal
house having the electrical S.S inbuilt steam generator with 36 KW electrical
load 6x6KW heating elements and having the semi automatic fixed
sterilization programme with PLC fitted and chamber is made of stainless
steel chamber capacity is 36 CFT and chamber volume is 972 ltr. The terms
and condition are given blow.
1. Testing the equipment and safety devices.
2. Testing the door sealing and its function.
3. Oiling greasing of door, main screw, hinge & other moving parts.
4. Tightening of all electrical connections.
5. De-scaling of boiler and cleaning of contractor points, steam trap, solenoid,
Valves & Pressure switch etc.
6. Tightening of all water & steam line connections.
7. We will make routine visit for servicing of equipment atleast one visit per
month i.e total 12 visits during AMC period and we may call any time during
AMC period for the break down service but such a visit will not be including
in the total visit.
8. Besides the above routine maintenance we will also attend break down
calls during contract period without any extra charge. We will draw your
attention to any drawback from your side in supply of electricity, & water
steam etc.
9. The small joint gaskets, heater gaskets and boiler plate gaskets will be
replaced free of cost as and when required.
10. Please specify /clarify about spare parts cost.
11. All the repair /maintenance jobs shall be attended on site only.
12. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is expected to inspect the
equipment at animal house after obtaining permission from the respective
officer on any working day.
13. All the repairs jobs carried out by the tendere shall have guarantee period
of one year from the date of satisfactory completion.
14. Payment of AMC fee will be released once a quarter, as the tenderer may
choose, and after satisfactory completion of such period and a satisfactory
completion certificate is produced from officer (after repair maintenance
jobs).
15. List of client should be submitted along with the tender.

Note:
1. The rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, insurance and freight etc.
2. Service tax exemption certificate will be issued by NBRC as per prevailing law and if any
change in future same will be reimbursed by NBRC on production of deposit slip.
3. This AMC will be valid for a period of one year from the date of award of the work order
unless otherwise terminated. However, AMC may be extended on mutual consent after a
period of one year on satisfactory performance of the contract. The escalation @ 5% on work
order amount will be payable for the period of extended year i.e. 2nd year and if extended
after 2 years i.e. for the period of 3 years the escalation @5% on 2nd year work order amount
will be payable and so on.

In case of acceptance of the tender by National Brain Research Centre, I/We bind
myself/ourselves to execute the contract as per the conditions mentioned in the tender
documents, failing which, I/We shall have no objection to black list from National Brain
Research Centre, Manesar.
