Each Residential Community
Is your student interested in switching communities for 2015-16? Get the inside scoop on what it’s like to
live in each community on campus. A Resident Assistant in each community will give a unique guided
tour showing you different room styles, telling stories of traditions, and you can learn the many benefits of
living on campus. Tours will occur in Dickinson, Newing, College in the Woods, Mountainview, Hinman
and the Hillside and Susquehanna Apartment Communities at Noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Challenge Course Open House and Zip Line Tours
East Gym
Campus Recreation recently completed construction of a new Outdoor Pursuits Challenge Ropes Course
located in the woods adjacent to the Rec Center. Stop by and see the new course which features both
high and low elements. The zip line will be open for family members and students who would like to try it
out for themselves (weather permitting). Students will be able to purchase a zip line pass for $5
beginning Thursday, Oct. 9 at the Rec Center, front desk. For each student pass purchased, they will
receive one (1) free adult pass to share with a family member 18-years of age or older. Only 15 student
passes (30 zip line passes total) will be available, first-come, first-served. Please note, there is a 250
pound weight restriction for the zip line. Additional details about the course are available on the Campus
Recreation website.

Activities for Autumn Bowl will include a variety of fall activities planned by Newing’s fabulous staff of
