“Such confidence we have through Christ before God. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything
for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.” 2 Corinthians 3: 4-5
Dear Parishioner,
Blessed Morning.
Parish greatly appreciates you for helping the needy locally and in India through Church and its mission organizations. A Parish of our stature
is looked with hope by many in need genuinely. If you have set apart your God given resources to help the needy, you are urged to handover with
specific memo to Trustees so Parish can support the requests for help.
In the same vein, we encourage you to pray and support the Jammu – Udhampur Mission Field through your voluntary contributions this
Sunday (Jammu- Kashmir is the northern most state of India, closer to Himalayas). Parish appreciates our Edavaka Mission for becoming the
powerful tool in His mighty hands for this new mission field.
Let me also give you an update on local neighborhood ministry initiatives of CMTC. Parish is now working closely with Des Plaines Community
Foundation (nonprofit) to serve the needy brethren in our local community. Please remember Parish in your prayers so we radiate more love
and become a fluorescent beacon of Christian hope in the society we live.
Parish also takes this moment to express our deep gratitude to Mrs. Susy Johnson, Saj, Alex and entire family for sponsoring the OctoberNovember Parish Messenger. May you be richly rewarded by heaven for the support.
