Custom Made Products 2012 Custom Made Products TESROL are specialists in the creation of custom made products, with the capacity to produce a wide range of products manufactured to your specifications. Examples LATTICE & LATTICE PARTITIONING Custom Made Products are manufactured based on our customers providing sketches, or if possible, CAD files (preferably in dxf format). With these drawings/sketches Tesrol can prepare an accurate quotation for the project. All custom products can be either painted or where possible vacuum formed in one of Tesrol’s wide range of vinyl foils, which includes various horizontal grade foils. Maximum sizes available: TESROL can router various custom shapes from 18, 21, 25 and 32mm thickness MDF board. • Maximum size for painted panels is 3600 x 1200mm. • Maximum size for vacuum formed panels without formed edges is 3400 x 1150mm. • Maximum size for vacuum formed panels with formed edges is 3400 x 1050mm. NOTE: All Vacuum Formed products are for INDOOR USE ONLY. The example shown is Timber Veneer glued to a coloured panel. LATTICE PARTITIONING Custom Design Lattice is used here as a wall divider for an informal discussion area. This example is Polyurethane painted MDF. 3 Graphic Wall Panels Custom Design Graphic Wall Panels - With text or illustrations are easily achieved as shown here. This wall is in the conference room of Beiersdorf Cosmetics in Sydney. This example has a vacuum formed vinyl finish. 4 Furniture - Office and Occasional OFFICE WORKSTATIONS, DESKTOPS, BOARDROOM TABLES etc Numerous designed and customised workstation/desktops can be produced - with the further advantage of vacuum forming to achieve a seamless look. Waterfall edges also give a more streamlined appearance (Waterfall edge routered only available in 25mm). Horizontal grade foils are available - providing extra durability. Boardroom table tops are available in customised sizes and shapes. OCCASIONAL RESTAURANT TABLES, DINING TABLES, COFFEE TABLES etc Many customised shapes and sizes enable Home owners as well as Restaurant and Cafe owners to obtain components that suit their individual requirements. Desk Top Table Top Boardroom Table 5 Laminated MDF and Slatboard LAMINATED MDF SLATBOARD Tesrol can provide an MDF substrate that is made up of Multiple Layers of MDF bonded together, allowing for greater design flexibility. Material thickness and colours are specific to product and market availability. This Extra thick material can be supplied with most of our current door designs, routered on one or both sides of the product. Sheet size 2400 x 1200mm. Available as single or in pack. (Shown here as routered MDF) 6 30.0 RIGH T SIDE SECTIONAL ISO RIGHT Glass Door and Window Frames Custom routered frames give a new dimension to doors and windows. Routered from MDF board ready for painting. The above door frame was custom made to the clients design, the image at left shows it during the installation process. At right are matching fan lights installed throughout the same project. 7 Lettering - Solid Cutout - 3D Letters can be cut as solid in capitals with square edges - the example shown here is produced in 32mm raw MDF and in final form is painted. Tesrol can produce letters in ‘script’ format - and where required a small radius can be applied to the edges to ‘soften’ the look. 8 Lettering - Cut Through, Raised or Recessed Letters can be cut straight through the MDF allowing the use of a light source or backing colour to provide emphasis. Lettering can be an integral part of a panel, plaque or sign. In these cases the letters can be cut out as a recess or relief. Depending on the size and intricacy some letters can be vacuum formed, as shown in this example. This example was finished in a textured vacuum formed finish and used in a retail situation. This panel was created for retail display purposes and used in a retail outlet. It was painted in a high gloss polyurethane finish. The Logo below was routered into MDF for painting and use in a reception area. 9 Wall Panelling, Doors, Pelmets, Capping etc RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL Suitable for painting or vacuum forming - max lengths are 3600mm for painting and 3400mm for vacuum formed. • Most designs are available to router onto individual panels. Timber panelling also available. • Raked walling at stairwells are available - but some designs may require minor modification at internal acute angle. • Suitable for retail, corporate boardrooms and reception areas as well as for domestic use for walls and stairs. 10 Custom Shapes & Graphic Elements GRAPHIC ELEMENTS A wide variety of graphic design elements can be created for both corporate interior design purposes as well as shop fitting applications. CUSTOM SHAPES Tesrol are able to create an amazingly wide range of custom shapes. Suitable for commercial, industrial, medical, hospitality, retail, office and domestic furniture applications. All created from customers drawings and specifications. These two examples have been routered into MDF ready for finishing.
