Required network environment LAN (100) port: 100BASE-T (The network speed may differ depending on the network environment.) LAN cable: We recommend using a LAN cable that is Cat5 or higher. A normal-type cable is also recommended, as some flattype LAN cables are easily affected by noise. If the receiver is used in an environment with power supply noise from electronic devices or in a noisy network environment, use a shielded-type LAN cable. Note Use a router that is compatible with transmission speeds of 16 Mbps or faster to enjoy Netflix. If the transmission speed is less than 16 Mbps, 4K content is streamed at a lower image quality. You can configure the following settings for the 4K Media Player by following the onscreen instructions in the Initial Setup. Press / / / to select an item you want, then press to confirm. Network Setup Configure settings to connect the 4K Media Player to the internet. Audio from HDMI OUT Configure settings for the HDMI OUT jacks of the 4K Media Player to output audio signals. Performing the initial setup manually If the Initial Setup screen does not appear or you want to display the Initial Setup screen manually, you can display it by following the procedure below. 1. Selecting (Settings) - [Initial Setup] from the Home menu. Note Switch the input of the TV to the input to which the 4K Media Player is connected to use this function. Hint If you are informed that a new software update is available during the initial settings process, update the software of the 4K Media Player by following the instructions on the screen.
