INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING AN ORGAISATION DIGITAL SIGNATURE QUICKLY

E MAKE IT EXTREMELY EASY TO GET YOU YOUR ORGANISATION DIGITAL SIGNATURE ANYWHERE IN
INDIA! In this brochure we have simplified the entire procedure for you so that you get your DSC by
following only a few simple steps. We are based in Mumbai and we provide digital signatures all over
India and even abroad!

Notes: i) Above rates are applicable if supporting documents are attested by banker/gazetted officer/postmaster.
Alternately, originals are to be presented in our office for attestation. In that case a nominal amount of Rs. 375/- extra will
be charged over and above the amount mentioned above. Thus, in that case, rates for Indian applications will be Rs. 2,975/(1 year) and Rs. 3,075/- (2 year). Rates for foreign applications will be Rs. 3,905/- (1 yr) and Rs. 4,005/- (2 yr).
ii)
Above charges are for normal processing (1-2 working days). In urgent cases, digital signature with USB token will
be ready urgently; urgent processing charges of Rs. 970/- (INR Nine Hundred Seventy) extra apply over and above normal
charges. Please first let us know if you need signature urgently.
iii)
Above charges do not include foreign currency conversion charges. If paying in any currenct otherthan INR, please
contact us first for the exact amount ot be paid.
iv)
Above charges do not include charges for couriering token outside India.

STEP 1: Please check the form on page 5 of this brochure and take a printout (either colour or black-and-white) of that
page on normal A4 size paper. This form is applicable for Indian as well as foreign nationals/organisations.
STEP 2: Be ready with the following things:
1. One recent passport-size colour photograph of the applying individual, to be affixed on the form.
2. One Photo ID with Signature proof copy of Applying Individual i.e. photocopy of one of




(Note: If digital signature is required for Income tax purposes, PAN card copy is compulsory)
3. One Address proof copy of Applying Individual i.e. photocopy of one of

5. Organisation Business Document copy showing name of Organisation i.e. photocopy of one of

• Shops and Establishment Certificate (Gumasta licence) OR
• Certificate of Incorporation OR
• Registered Partnership Deed OR
• Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association OR
•
Any license issued in name of organisation by the Government
6. Organisation Address Proof copy showing name and address of Organisation (to be submitted
separately only if Organisation Business Document above does not bear the address) i.e. photocopy of
one of
• Recent Organisation Bank statement (not older than that of past 2 months) OR
• Recent Organisation Telephone Bill (not older than that of past 2 months) OR
• Recent Organisation Electricity Bill (not older than that of past 2 months) OR
STEP 3: Fill up the form with correct details in BLOCK CAPITAL letters in English only either in black or blue pen.
STEP 4: Kindly ensure that the applying individual's signature with organisation stamp/seal is present on section 3 of
form and on all pages of the photocopies of supporting documents. Applying indivdiual should also sign across photo on
form (no stamp required on photo.)

(Please note that applying individual's signature at all places should match with the one recorded in the Govt. photo id
proof you are submitting i.e. PAN or Passport or Driving Licence.)
STEP 5: Signature of Partner/Director/Authorised person should be present in Section 4 of the form along with
organisaton stamp/seal.
STEP 6: In addition to being self-attested, the photocopies of supporting documents also need to be attested (true copy)
by any one of
i)
Banker (Private bank or Public bank – both are acceptable; stamp of bank and signature of signing
officer should be clearly visible) OR
ii)
Gazetted officer (e.g. Designated officers in Govt. Departments, or SEOs; stamp showing
position/designation of signing officer and signature of signing officer should be clearly visible) OR
iii)
Postmaster (stamp showing position/designation of signing officer and signature of signing officer
should be clearly visible)
Alternately, you may get self-attested photocopies and originals to our office for attestation. In that case, a nominal
amount of Rs. 375/- extra will be levied.
(Note: Attestation by CA/CS/Advocate/Notary is NOT valid.)
STEP 7: Check the amount payable by you and make the payment by choosing a suitable payment method. (Please see
page 1 for pricing and page 7 for payment options).
STEP 8: Please send physical copies of the originally filled-up form and originally attested photocopies of supporting
documents via courier/speed post/hand-delivery to the following address:

STEP 9: Your digital signature with USB token will usually be ready in 1-2 working days of us receiving your complete
form and valid documents and realising your complete payment.
(In urgent cases, digital signature with USB token will be ready urgently; urgent processing charges of Rs. 970/- extra
apply. Please first let us know if you need signature urgently.)

Before submitting the form, please ensure that each of the following requirements are met so that we can speedily
process your application:
Section 1, Section 2, Section 3 and Section 4 completely filled in BLOCK CAPITAL letters
Applying Individual's latest colour photo with face visible affixed on top right
Applying Individual's (Subscriber's) Signature present half-across photograph and half on form
Applying Individual's (Subscriber's) Signature present in Section 3 of the form with Organisation Stamp/Seal
Section 4 of the form is signed by Partner/Director/Authorised Person with Organisation Stamp/Seal
Applying Individual's (Subscriber's) Photo-Id proof photocopy attestated by Applying Individual (Subscriber) i.e.
his/her signature present with Organisation Stamp/Seal
Applying Individual's (Subscriber's) Address proof photocopy attestated by Applying Individual (Subscriber) i.e.

Payment Options

Draw a cheque/DD/PO (payable at Mumbai) in the name of

By Direct Deposit of Cheque/ Pay Order/Demand Draft in our ICICI Account (faster ):
You can directly deposit the cheque/PO/DD, it in any ICICI Bank branch over the counter or ATM drop box near
you, instead of couriering it. (Depositing the cheque/PO/DD over the counter is recommended since it would
usually help realise the payment faster than dropping it in the drop-box.)

Instant transfer Using IMPS (Interbank Mobile Payment Service) (Fastest method of payment - 24x7 all
days):
This method of money transfer is the fastest. Using IMPS, the amount can be transferred almost instantly
24x7 on all days including bank holidays. However your bank account needs to have IMPS facility enabled for
this. (Kindly contact your bank to enable IMPS in your account.)
