Special Projects Collection 2014
Every parish family should have received a letter
from Father Mukuka this week asking for a contribution to our Special Projects Collection to help with our
operating budget and provide our aging buildings with
the preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.
The participation of ALL parishioners is essential for
the success of this effort.
Please return your gift card today. Thank you!
All Souls Day Remembrance
All Souls Day is a special time or us to offer prayers
for our deceased relatives and friends. Please list the
persons you wish to be prayed for our your All Souls
Remembrance envelope and place them in the basket.
Prayerfully search for
ways that each one of
us can be an active
member of St. Joan of
Arc.
Fr. George Mukuka was appointed Pastor of St.
Joan Arc on October 1, 2014, for a term of six
years.
Before that, he was Parochial Vicar at St. Francis
of Assisi in Naugatuck, then as temporary Chaplain
to the Sisters of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of
Jesus in Hamden.
While at St. Joan of Arc as a parochial vicar, he
was also doing graduate work in Canon Law at
Catholic University of America in Washington, DC,
earning his Licentiate in Canon Law last summer.
