Thank you for your order with Insta Graphic Systems. Your transfers have been produced by the leader in custom heat
transfers. With more than fifty years of development and manufacturing experience in the transfer business, we stand
proudly behind every transfer we manufacture. Your transfer should withstand normal use and multiple washings after
proper application.

Although we do everything possible to assure you the finest quality heat transfers, we cannot control the application. Proper
transfer application is the most important step. There are five critical variables that affect proper transfer application:
Temperature • Pressure • Time • Peeling • Handling
We strongly recommend you wash test all fabrics with applied transfers prior to production. To ensure proper adhesion,
please perform wash tests 24 hours after applying heat transfers. Heat transfers must be applied with a heat transfer
machine, such as those manufactured by Insta Graphic Systems.
To help assure that your transfer application experience is successful, we include application instructions in every
individual transfer package. It is important that you read and understand these instructions before applying your transfers. Below is a listing of the most common problems, their causes and solutions.
Transfer does not stick to the garment

TRANSFER STORAGE CONDITIONS
Transfers should be stored in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight at a temperature no higher than 75°F (24°C).
