The ownership right shall remain with the Company/Firm till registration of the unit as per rule. 3. The above price is free of escalation. 4. Plans, layout , specification are subject to change/modification as may be necessary or for better execution of the project & shall be decided by the company/architect or any other competent authority to which the allttoees shall not raise any objection or claim anything averse against the firm. 5. The above area is super built up area, which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as staircase, passage, community space, lift facility, etc. 6. Payment must necessarily be made within stipulated date as contained in the Application-cum Registration from appearing either under construction link or cash down payment. 7. In case of default in making of the payment, after 10 days the flat/ plot will be treated as cancelled without any prior intimation and allottees shall have no claim or any right against booked unit or against the firm. 8. No alteration in unit shall be accepted. 9. In case of any addition in interiors on the choice of allottees the extra expenses shall be borne by the allottees. 10. In case of transfer ,first transfer will be allowed free with deposit of 50% of the payment of the Basic Sale Price of the unit. 11.
