ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Department of Chemistry is established in 1999. The Department faculty are handling UG &PG classes. It is well equipped with research laboratories and has dedicated staff members who are trained at renowned institute in India and abroad. The faculty members attract substantial financial support for their research activities from both state and central government funding agencies. The Department offers vibrant atmosphere to scholar to nurture the spirit of scientific inquiry and to pursue cutting edge research in highly encouraging environment. The active field of research includes coordination chemistry, photochemistry, catalysis, material chemistry, electrochemistry, nanotechnology and remote sensing. ABOUT THE CONFERENCE Chemical sciences hold the keys to provide new materials, and sustainable technologies to meet the ever growing needs of the society in energy, food and health sectors.
