Dear Friends,
We are delighted to welcome you to our 11th Annual R4TC Casino Night.
All proceeds from this year's fundraiser will go towards providing facilities
and programs to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Chancellors is the home practice facility for the Houston Express, a Special
Olympics Team. We provide facilities year round at no cost for young
athletes with intellectual disabilities to practice basketball, swimming,
volleyball, tennis and other Special Olympics type sports. We also
collaborate with the Jensen-Schmidt Tennis Academy for Down Syndrome
and Down Syndrome Association of Houston (DSAH) to offer free tennis
clinics to children with Down syndrome. Through both programs, children
and adults with intellectual disabilities not only learn how to play tennis and
other sports, but work on their physical conditioning, coordination and meet
new friends.
Your generosity enables us to successfully continue our efforts to assist local
disabled children and adults by offering safe recreational facilities coupled
with quality wellness, enrichment, and educational programs.

Silent Auction Rules & Information

Bidding will end at 9:45 pm

To constitute a valid bid, the starting bid must be equal to the
minimum bid stated on the bid sheet. Each Increase in bid must
equal or exceed the minimum raise stated on the bid sheet and
must be in stated rounded dollar amounts.
3.
Only those bids over the amount of the value for each item are
tax deductible. For example if an item is valued at $150 and
the final bid is $180 then $30 is tax deductible. A written confirmation
of
the tax deductible amount will be provided upon request.
4.
The highest correctly placed bid at closing time constitutes the
winning bid. Payments must be in the form of cash, check or
credit card. No member charges will be taken and all sales are final.
Payment in full the night of the event is mandatory and all items will
be available to take home after 9:45 pm on the 18th. If you must
leave before the event is over, you may leave your credit card
information and the highest bid you are willing to place.
5.
