Ingredients
1 lb Pollock fillets
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup minced fresh dill
1 garlic clove, minced
Cooking spray
Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to broil (low).
2. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large
plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes
or up to 2 hours.
3. Remove fish from bag and discard marinade.
4. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray; place fish on broiler
pan coated.
5. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.

cost of the package is $15.50;
participants pre-pay with cash or
EBT card and pick up their Food
$en$e packages at the end of the
month. A food unit contains 1012 items, including fresh fruits
and vegetables, meats, and staple
food items.
