This weekend offers a unique and luxurious setting from where to entertain clients and friends whilst enjoying a great day’s cricket at one of the worlds finest cricket grounds. The Kowloon Cricket Club has a long and distinguished history dating back to 1904 and as a club we take every opportunity to promote cricket at all levels within the Hong Kong community. This has included staging of the biggest international cricket event in the Hong Kong SAR, The Hong Kong International Cricket Sixes. This event has attracted stars of the game from current test nations and those aspiring to reach the highest level. The likes of Andrew Flintoff, Brian Lara, Wasim Akram, Shane Warne and the Waugh brothers have all graced the Club’s hallowed turf. In an effort to extend the reach of the game further, the Cricket Section of the Kowloon Cricket Club has reignited the exciting 6s format for corporate companies. The tournament will give companies the opportunity to enjoy first‐hand the thrill and energy of cricket sixes in a friendly and enjoyable environment. Whether you would like to take to the field and do battle for the trophy or just lap up the atmosphere of this great day, please complete the attached forms as soon as possible to secure your place as numbers are strictly limited. The tournament will kick off with a Welcome Cocktail night on Thursday October 16 from 7:30PM where the draw will be announced and teams will be presented with their uniforms. Teams will consist of up to 10 players, only 6 can play in one match. The teams will be divided into two leagues in a ‘Round Robin’ format with the top of each league going into the Grand Final. Matches consist of 5 overs a side. Points for leagues are allocated as follows: 2 points for a win 1 point for a tie 0 points for a loss Runs scored will decide the grand finalists if teams finish on the same points. Major Supporter of the day includes one team in the competition, plus 15 guests for the VIP package with full hospitality plus company logos on brochures and onsite banners. Only one major supporter package is available and is priced at HKD$ 50,000. Team entry includes 10 people with full hospitality. These packages are priced at HKD$ 25,000 per team. Table for 10 (Non playing) includes full hospitality. These packages are priced at HKD$ 10,000. All net proceeds from this competition will be going towards the Kowloon Cricket Club’s Junior Development programme.
