ESSENTIALS OF
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
DURATION: FULL DAY
CREDITS: 0.80
Gives personal trainers and staff the confidence and skill
needed to teach small group training within a facility.
SYNRGY360™ group training provides additional income
potential for trainers and gives facility staff a chance at
greater member retention and motivation.
Note: This course can be added to the SYNRGY360 Unit Fundamentals
workshop to course a comprehensive two-day program.

of exercises populations.
