valid (DSC) Digital Signature Certificate need not to procure new Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
03. The bidders have to submit their bids online in electronic format with (DSC) Digital Signature. The bids can not
be up loaded without Digital Signature. No proposal will be accepted in physical form
04. Before submission of online bids, bidder must ensure that scanned copies of all necessary documents have been
attached with bid.
05. The department will not be responsible for delay in online submission of bids what soever reasons may be.
06. All the required information for bidmust be filled and submitted online.

police today arrested a truck driver along with 190 bags of
Government cement, which was
meant for the construction of
Revenue Complex at Gool.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police team from
Banihal Police Station laid a naka
near Banihal and intercepted a
truck bearing registration number
JK02AH-4865.
During checking, police
recovered
