Course Description
Course Outline
This course will be highly beneficial for welding Engineers,
Mechanical Supervisors, Foreman, Shop Inspectors, QA/
QC personnel and inspection agencies including the Third
Party Inspection agencies. Welders, welding supervisors,
inspectors, NDE examiners, technologists, or engineers,
who are seeking an understanding of welding technology and welding inspection will find the course useful. The
course help the participants to understand various welding processes, their relative merits and de-merits, step by
step methodology in welding inspection, Do’s and Don’ts
of NDT examinations and how to resolve non-conformances. It will help the API 577 Certification exam candidates to pass the exam successfully with high score.

and Performance Qualifications according to ASME Sec.
IX. He has qualified procedures for welding almost all materials including Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex
Steels, Alloy steels, Cupro-Nickels, Monels, Titanium etc.
Presently, Mr. Pramod is Vice-President with a well-known
multinational company having projects all over the world
(including USA, Latin America, Europe etc.).He has Conducted more than 80 training Courses In India and abroad
on ASME and API codes involving Welding Qualifications
as well as Design, fabrication and inspection of Boilers
and Pr. Vessels. He has also conducted more than 100
training courses in various NDT methods.
